"Sage." I popped up behind her.
"Don't do that!" She screamed.
"I'm sorry." I quickly apologized.
She fixed her hair and turned. "Yes?" She caught her breath.
"I want to stay with you."
"What?" Sage could barely speak.
I grabbed her hand. "Can I take you on a date?"
Sage stayed silent, her cheeks quickly becoming a tint shade of pink. "Second date, ay?" Sage chuckled.
"Yes." I grinned. "A second date."
"First, I want one hundred percent proof you are an angel." She looked at me. Her stare was different though. It contained curiosity. It held mystery. It showed belief.
"You already know though."
Sage just smiled completely bright. "I just want an excuse for you to 'show me the world'."
I grabbed her hand. "Okay."
And I took her to Disney World.
Aladdin is Disney.
"Oh my God." Sage covered her mouth in awe. Then turned to me quickly. "Gosh. I'm sorry. Gosh."
"It's alright." I reassured her.
"I've always wanted to work here as a kid." Tears began to form, a shake in her voice. "I've never even been here before."
"Well now you have. Free too."
"You're an angel. Why me?" Sage asked, a tear rolling down her left cheek.
"You make me feel human." I confessed.
"Well, there is a part of you that still acts like an angel." She chuckled, wiping a tear. I tilted my head with curiousty.
"You're still a smart ass, Cas."
Now I was the one to chuckle.
"Yeah, yeah." Sage rolled her eyes with a smile. "It rhymes."
