A week later we came back. Dean connected back to Felicia, and me with Sage.
I feel like the main reason Dean was so enthusiastic to come back was for Felicia.
He's lucky there's a case here.
"So, checking in again." Sage smiled, arms crossed.
"Yes." I smiled back.
"Cas," Sam walked in. "Come with us real quick. We're going to get some lunch." Sam nudged.
I walked away with Sam. We crossed the street to Sherries. Dean there already with a cherry pie. Sam sat down with Dean and I sat down on the other side of the red booth.
"You know I don't eat right?" I looked at Sam.
"Cas," Dean spoke up, turning my attention to him. "you need to ask her out."
"Who?"
"Sage."
"What am I doing?"
"Asking her out on a date."
"Where?"
"Here."
"Why?"
"Cas!" Dean shouted. "You like her. Take her on a date to show that."
"Felicia says she loves Aladdin." Sam added.
I just looked at Dean's pie. "I don't want to lie to her." I looked back at Dean.
"What?" He questioned in confusion.
"I don't want her to like me as a human. I want her to like me as an angel."
"Cas-"
"She was praying to God for an angel. Now I'm here. It had to be what God wanted. I want her to know I'm here." I explained to both Dean and Sam.
"Cas, you can't do that." Sam looked at me with a concerned face.
"I don't want to be a smart ass." I looked at him, elbows on the table now.
They stayed silent.
"You're supposed to say Cas somewhere so I can make the joke that it rhymes." I smiled.
