Of Coffee And Cats (Jumin x Jaehee)

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!! PART 2

     JUMIN'S POV

     I started "cooking up a storm" or whatever Avera called it and made some of my finest dishes.  I looked at them admirably and decided to go ask if it looked or even tasted okay.  As I walked into the second kitchen, I heard my name and then some hushed talking.  Huh, wonder what's that about.  I walked towards the kitchen counter and saw Assistant Kang and Avera, talking and baking. 

    "Avera, would you mind coming over to see if my cooking is well?"

    Avera looked at Assistant Kang and whispered something into her ear.  Immediately afterwards, Jaehee's face started reddening.

     "Jumin, why doesn't Jaehee go?  She is your assistant after all!" Avera smiled crookedly and I nodded.  Mmmm... better get my own assistant to taste it first.

         *LE TIME SKIP ._.*

     JAEHEE'S POV

     It was finally time to greet the guests, in all, around 30 people were stuffed into the lounge, laughing and talking.  Avera said that she was going home to the "time space continuum".  What peculiar girl. 

     "Assistant Kang?"

    I sighed and turned around. 

     "Yes, Mr. Han?  What do you need?"

      "Meet me on the balcony by eleven o'clock sharp."

      What could he possibly want from me now?

     "Yes, Mr. Han.  See you then."

     *ANOTHER TIME SKIP. YAY.*

     Crap! It's eleven already!  I dashed out of the room, bidding goodbye too everyone.  When I reached the balcony, I saw Mr. Han standing there, looking up at the moon.

     " You're late." Of all the things he could have said, he says that.  Wow.

     "Yes, Mr. Han, I'm terribly sorry."

            3RD POV

      Jumin turned around and smiled warmly, motioning Jaehee to come closer.  Jaehee nodded and walked to Jumin's side.  They stood there in comfortable silence.

     "Aren't the stars beautiful?"  Jaehee commented, breaking the silence.

     "Yes, very pretty." Jumin chuckled.  Jumin hadn't expected her to say something like that and was caught off guard.  (Sorry if this was written awkwardly I'm rushing cause I have a HUGE announcement!!!!) 

      "So, um... Mr. Han, why did you call me here?"  Jumin sighed and looked at her

     "Jaehee, just call me Jumin, just for today." He smiled, "As for the reason I brought you here is to get to know you better.  We've known each other for a few years now, have we not?  And, yet, we don't know much about each other still."

     Jaehee looked shocked, not only had he told her to call him by his first name, which is unprofessional, but he also wants to know her better...  For the next hour, they talked and laughed about their interests and had an all around good time.  Finally, it was New Years.  Jumin looked at Jaehee and blushed, knowing what he wanted to do.  Jaehee noticed and looked away.  Jumin turned her head, and they both leaned in aaaannnndddd...

Avera popped up and pushed their heads together while saying:

"NOW KISS YA LOVE BIRDS!"

A/N~ Writing this part was also fun, though, it wasn't as long as the other one...   BUT WHO CARES?!  PROBABLY ME. Okay, I'll shut up.  But I have a HUGE announcement!  Instead of doing a Q&A, I made a new story, It's not posted yet, but I'll take your random OCs and put them in the story.  Enjoy!
