Happy new year guys. I hope you enjoy this book, if you don't then.....oh well.

"Kira!" I was stunned. I was on the verge of tears when I saw them. I never thought in the whole galaxy that I would see them again.

"Carol! Sophia!" Soon I was engulfed by two pairs of arms. I weaved my arms out from under theirs and hugged them back.

"I missed you guys so much." I murmured. A tear slipped out of my eye. I leaned back and smiled. "Well, what have you guys been up to?" I asked, Carol wiped the tear that slipped out and laughed.

"Surviving." She smiled

After getting situated and Carol introducing me to everyone we had two small fires going.

"What's your story?" Shane squinted his eyes. Ever since I showed up he has kept an eye on me. He acts like up going to kill someone.

"Well um...I...I don't want to talk about this." I rushed my words. I don't want to talk about it I get to emotional and it is tough to open up to somebody, Especially now since the world went to crap.

"Why? What did you do Kira huh?" He started getting flustered.

"Nothing," I mumbled. I picked up a stick that was long enough to stick in the fire without getting hurt.

"I'll believe that when I hear it." He said. Rick gave Shane a look that made him shut up.

"I'm going to bed good night Carol. Sophia." I nodded in there direction. I went off to my tent. Going to sleep and hoping that tomorrow was going to be a better day.

I have never been more wrong in my life.
