After the Ball

'Please wake up ,' I squeezed her to my chest.
I felt her hand twitch. 'Aphmau !'

She opened her eyes. Her eyes grew big. She pushed me and got stabbed with an iron sword by a guard. She pulled out the sword.

'Aphmau !' I caught her. She healed herself but she was weak.

'What did I say !' I grabbed the guard by the collar. 'No hurting my girlfriend !' I growled.

Nicole cut his cheek with her claws. I was about to stab him with my sword when I felt someone's hand on my shoulder. It was Aph.

'Aaron . No. ' she was about to fall when I caught her .

'I promise I wouldn't let anyone hurt you. I didn't do it ,' I said .

'I said I would take the pain for you . Its my choice. It's not your fault ,' she said.

'I love you Aph. Please don't do anything like that again ,' I sais hugging her.

'I love you too . I will take the pain for you . For your mom. For your dad eventhough he hates me . Because I love you ,' she said weakly.

'Elianna dear ,' Irene came.

'Can you heal her ?' I asked.

'She needs to rest. She is healed but she needs her rest ,' Irene said.

Suddenly a phoenix as big as a medium sized elephant appears out of nowhere.

Aph eyes grew big. 'Jacquile ,' she hugged the phoenix. 'You've grown so big. You look magneficent ,'

Jacquile lowered her body down. Aph got on her .

'Jacquile sent her home ,' Irene said. She nodded.

'Wait I want to come ,' I said.

Jacquile looked at me . Then looked back at Aph. Aph nodded. 'This is my boyfriend ,'

She lowered her body and I get on. I held Aph as tight as I could .

Jacquile teleported out and flew.

'I didn't know you like him Jacquile . ' Aph said. Jacquile shook her body. 'Just because I'm hurt ?' She nodded. Aph laughed.' Good girl Jacquile ,'

'What did she say ?' I asked Aph.

'She doesn't like you but since I'm hurt she will allow it ,' She said.

'Just like your dad ,' I said. Jacquile nodded.

'I had Jacquile when I was young so she is overprotective of me. ' she turned to Jacquile. 'Is Liam, Jake , Damon, Darren and Leo bigger than you already ?' Jacquile nodded. 'You'll stay with me then. I got James and your new brother Flame ,' Jacquile looked excited. She teleported back to Aph's house .

I got off Jacquile carryimg Aph bridal style.

I carried her into her room . I set her down .

She sat up. I helped her. 'Can you stay ?' She asked.

'Princess you need your rest ,'

'Please. I feel better knowing you're with me ,' she said.

'Fine. I'll stay with you ,'I kissed her .

I got in bed with her and cuddled with her . 'Goodnight princess,'

'Goodnight prince. '

Timeskip morning

I woke up this morning with Aph looking at me.

'Morning princess ,' I said.

'Morning prince ,' she smiled. She got up but she grabbed her chest .
