•french food wow you must really like me•

a week had past since summer, shawn and i rather radical actions due to daniel's inconsiderate behaviour and personally I think that adventure brought us three way closer.

'you're a photographer, work ya magic'

summer giggled as she tried on various different inane hats while throwing up the peace sign.

'try and stay still'

I laughed as I snapped a bunch of pictures of her, we were having our own little photoshoot, as we were both extremely bored.

'aria your phone, it's ringing, answer it'

summer mumbled as she searched for a different hat to pair with her funky glasses she found.

'ah it can wait'

I mumbled as I threw her a pair of sunglasses with pink outline laughing as I did so.

'aria pick up the dayum phone'

summer groaned as the monotonous sound of my phone ringing started to become quite irksome.

'hi'

I muttered while flicking through pictures I took earlier, laughing at some, admiring others.

'hey ari, i am on my way unlock the door'

Shawn spoke as I heard music playing in the back.

Chuckling I nodded before realising he couldn't see me.

'Sure but who said you could come over, Shawn?'

I asked while summer suddenly became interested in my conversation making me laugh as she made weird, exotic movements.

'You have company?'

Shawn spoke with a hint of disappointment in his tone.

'Summer is here'

'hi Shawn!!!'

She yelled laughing.

'Hey! Ari, I brought food so I hope you're hungry!'

'When am I not? See you soon shawny'

I yelled before hanging up the phone.

Glancing at summer, I wondered why she became so happy when Shawn called or came?

'Sum, do you like Shawn?'

I blurted out before realising how absurd my question was.

Instead of responding straight away she simply laughed and laughed until her cheeks became very rosey.

'Shawn? Please darlin' he's all yours'

Eventually she spoke while winking at me.

'What makes you think that?'

'It's stupid but you just get like really excited'

I giggled nervously; i was embarrassed of my own stupidity.

'yeah because he make-'

she was interrupted due to the doorbell being rung.

Placing my camera on my desk, i walked towards the door, on my way quickly fixing my hair and making sure I looked semi decent.

'french food, wow, you must really like me'

Chuckling I said admiring the food Shawn had decided to bring while giving him a small side hug before taking some of the bags from him.

'well what can I say? You are quite likeable'

He smirked as he took his jacket off.

'Go and get summer while I sort the food out'

I say while rolling my eyes.

'Yas m'lady'

He laughed attempting an accent I wasn't quite sure what one he was trying to succeed.

Instead of like most people, going up to get summer, he simply stands at the bottom of the stairs and yells her name really loud.

'if I knew summer was here I would have gave you more noticed, sorry love '

He spoke while helping me lay out the food.

'Hey, it's no problem we were just doing a photoshoot'

Glancing up at him I said while I began to laugh.

'What's so funny?'

He asked, checking himself, curiously looking at me to answer.

'Nothing'

I said simply, shrugging my shoulders, biting my lip to hold in my laugher.

'Aria, tell me!'

He said while pointing a fork at me. Instead of replying I just furrowed my eyebrows, clueless.

Instead of checking the mirror he kept creeping
up closer and closer to me, attempting to intimidate me, withholding a mundane frame.

'Aria look at this photo, I actually look insa- woah you guys alright there'

Summer rambled on entering the room holding my camera before Shawn backed away making me laugh.

'You do look quite insane'

Shawn said laughing.

'You're an idiot'

Summer said before she bursted out into a fit of laughter, me joining her straight afterwards.

'What?'

Shawn said raising an eyebrow, bewildered by our actions.

'You're an idiot'

I repeated pointing to his forehead, making him pull out his phone camera and stare at his reflection, before his eyebrows furrowed.

'Aaliyah! That sneaky littl-'

Shawn began before his phone interrupted his small rant. Calling was the one and only Aaliyah.

'Aaliyah, you little-'

'Aria and Summer'

'I brought food with that on my forehead!'

'How did I not realise?'

'If I was you, keep an eye out, I will get you back'

He said abruptly ending the call and then looking at us in disbelief before laughing.

We all then sat on the floor of my living room and ate the food Shawn brought, laughing, gossiping, and of course taking more photographs looking absolutely insane.
Some of Summer and I, Shawn and I and then all three of us- which would defiantly be all over instagram shortly.

Evenings with your friends, even spent at home, are sometimes the most exciting and memorable memories one can posses. Never take them for advantage, they are what grow your friendship, I try to remember laughter is free.
