Krish's P.O.V:

I see the files she has submitted..I was both astonished and irritated! She chose the exact same companies that I did..Except for the fifth position she has given 3 options because each company had something much more different and beneficial than the other! How? Did she really do this herself? Or did she know I made these choices? How would she? I haven't told Nathan about it either..For the first time I'm impressed that a woman could perform remarkably better than my previous male PA. But how long can she stay and stand my temper..How long can she be this loyal with my company is my question?

I put the papers aside while finalizing the company we are going to deal with..I think we've had enough time here in Canada and it's time we finalize our deal with a company and move back! So I left for the day assuming I could resume my work tomorrow and finish it by the end of this week.

While passing by Kaira's room I decided to peek in. There was nobody at office and I don't have to explain to anyone about what happened..? I just want to ensure I have a good employee after all.So I walked into the room to find nothing like that of a woman's room. No flowers, no wallpapers, no photos..I thought a woman would by now decorate the whole room..Except I see the table turned towards the window to be able to see the sky outside.

While absorbing all this I realized something was missing..She hasn't been entered to my employees list officially yet and her photo is not been taken either.. The formalities haven't been completed.
I wonder why? Wasn't Nathan interested in keeping her in the company?I dropped an email to Nathan asking him to get that done and add her account details to the system to be able pay her monthly!

It has now been a week working with Kaira and it's good to see her work.Its impressive and I feel good. We were supposed to leave last week but Kaira in the end pointed at some miscalculations in our company audits..I haven't met her yet but she keeps me posted via email and her desk phone.So we stayed back to find out who the culprit could be who is manipulating our accounts. I must give it to her- despite her final exams and the juggle between office and work, she managed to identify such important matters.

So we decided to have a meeting with a few employees and Nathan said Kaira could identify them easily as she is good at identifying people's lies and has also heard a few men speak about their agenda in the cafeteria, so she will be able to recognize their voice. I said yes on the condition that she dresses up differently so even when the men are caught they don't know it's her. So I asked for her to be dressed like a man. Either she accepts this request or doesn't attend the meeting. I leave the choice for her to make.

Kaira's P.O.V:

Nathan has told me the condition and i have agreed to it. I borrowed Nathan's clothes and they are too huge to fit into, anyways since i had to ensure i don't look the least bit feminine we have decided to use pillows to stuff myself inside the clothes so when i go into the room nobody is able to recognize. Though i found it disturbing in the beginning as to why would the boss ask me to dress up like a man, i later realized that he was right. He was only trying to protect my privacy and ensure that I'm not going to be caught later and hurt for exposing the truth. I was all set and ready to go. Nathan came to pick me up and i was waiting outside the conference room. Everybody who has to attend the meeting has already seated themselves inside and they were waiting for the boss to arrive. As for me?I was asked to enter along with the boss so am standing by his side all the while to ensure nobody attacks me.Not that Nathan wasn't going to be around, but he said he might not be able to protect me alone considering there could be dangerous reasons behind why they were committing fraud with this company. Exactly when i was about to turn around to check if anyone was about to come or should i just leave, i bumped into a hard surface.Ow! That....hurt i said while looking at the source of hard surface.He was so tall, strong,well built,Just so masculine with those blue eyes of his. I felt like the world around started spinning, somebody hold me or i might fall any moment! Those eyes made me feel like I've been captivated. I'm brought back into reality when he suddenly pushes me out of my trance and has an annoyed look plastered across his face. He was too low to hear but i heard him mutter-WOMAN! Realization dawned upon me that he was the boss-Krish! Krish Sinha.. I immediately set myself right and wished him Good Morning and apologized stating i was just about check for him. He just gave a quick nod and asked for me to follow him inside. All through the couple of minutes that i was so close to him i realized that he has not looked at me even once.He simply stopped me from the fall of bumping into him, but not once gave me a glance. Not that he would know how i look either. Wait!Why do i care?Am here for a job and i don't care what he is up to. The moment we went inside the room he was greeted with Good Mornings and handshakes, there was this one specific person who came to him and gave a brief hug and sat on the nearest chair. Nathan came in from the door in a hurry and whispered only for me to hear that i stay close between him and the boss. Since there has been news that somebody has walked in with a gun and it has not been detected in the sensor but seen in the camera. I started worrying, what if there was somebody in this room? Are they here to kill me?But what have i done?I moved away..far away from him and have promised not to go back, why now?why here? In the meanwhile i heard Nathan report the same to the Boss and heard him mutter - the nerve to mess with me! Then i realized it wasn't me, it probably was the boss. I calmed down but the sweat was too much to hide. I was shivering and waiting for this meeting to get over already.

The meeting started with the Boss announcing that he would like to discuss some crucial details with the board, but before that would like the approval of the employees. Everyone was shocked, that their boss wanted them to be involved in the company's matter. He continued- Gentlemen I see that the business plan we have made is going good so far except that there have been a few discrepancies in the Company's accounts. We see that the audits show the balance to be lower than what it is, which is causing a drift with our partner company's ,moving us towards loosing not just the partnership but also running us into a loss forcing us to close the company here in Canada. With everything said, i will have to fire the employees who have been hired here as we will not be able to pay you for the work you are contributing to since there is no inflow of investment from our partners ,until we don't show that we are actually working well enough and are having the right income since the company has just started. I was shocked that the boss wanted to fire the employees, i mean we thought we'd find who the culprit was from where did firing even become a part of the plan? Before my thoughts went any further i saw all the employees started arguing and started talking back to the boss, a few threatened to sue the company for breaking the bond, a few looked furious except one. One person who gave a brief hug to the boss in the beginning of the meeting, he had a smirk plastered over his face and was watching the show in amusement. The boss did not observe him and was looking at the employees. One of the employees threw the glass on the table at the stranger, he looked furious but before he could move further the employee shouted. We've done it because you promised to give us good income for it, not because we wanted to be kicked out of the job without any notice! We were all shocked, before anything else could be said another two employees joined the first one, except that they started throwing the glasses and pens at the boss and started cursing him. I recognized their voice. Yes!yes yes its them i told the boss and Nathan. Its those two men I've over heard the other day. Its them, get hold of them and we can find the rest of the information I hurried them.

Krish's P.O.V:

She pulled my hand and started shaking it vigorously telling me it was them. She wanted us to hurry and get hold of those men as they would help us move further to find why and what happened. Though i was looking at the men i realized her hands were too soft and delicate.Could be that it has been too long i let a female near me but her mere touch was giving me jitters, i felt like the first time I've touched her..The mere thought of her made me pull my hand away from Kaira. She did not acknowledge the pull and was busy asking to get a hold of them when i saw a red mark moving on her jacket. I turned to see the source of light to find James aiming his gun from under the table at Kaira. Before i could do anything he already fired his shot and hit Kaira straight in the arm, before she fell to the ground he shot another in her neck. She fell down without any sound and her hair opened loose. Nathan was out to stop James from firing and i sat on the ground and turned her around, the blood was oozing out of her arm and neck. She was trying very hard to say something but could not and i saw that she was trying to pull something out of her shirt ,after having a close look i realized she was trying to pull the pillows out. I immediately carried her bridalstyle into my room, making calls to my doctor on the way and asking him to come soon. I took her into my room and started pulling the pillows out of her shirt. I was debating should i or should i not remove her beard and mustache. I pulled them off and pulled her hair behind...i moved away! The doctor arrived.

Her pulse is dropping!Quick!Move her out, sir..we are not sure if she will be able to make it. She lost too much of blood. We will try our best he said and started putting an oxygen mask and carried her to the ambulance while trying to stop her from bleeding. I stood there going pale,my whole world seemed to be shattered that moment.I didn't know what to do. Nathan came in saying he has sent James with the cops and that we could go for an inquiry later on, but my lack of response made him come to me and seeing my face he said. Lets go, we can find answers later. She is on the death bed brother..we can't loose her. With that said he pulled me out of my cabin and down into the basement towards his car. We were racing behind the ambulance while i was lost in my thoughts. She left me so long ago...is it her?why did she come back now?she didn't have a tiny bit of emotion in her when she left me..why is it that she has come back now?why was she trying to save my company? Does she still love me?
