3 - Dates and Dilemmas

*Ally's POV*

That night, I spent the whole time thinking about what had happened. I still felt the spark when we kissed, and he smelled so good, and his hair was perfect, and-

Ally stop it, you've got Dan. He's perfect, I thought to myself.

I swore to myself that I'd never let Austin do that again. I couldn't risk our partnership like that, it already nearly completely fell apart. I'll just need to be careful that I don't end up falling in love with him again.

I decided to text Dan, seeing as I couldn't talk to Austin right now.

'Hey, what's up?<3xx' I typed into my phone, and sent it to Dan.

A couple of minutes later, he replied. 'Hey beautiful, not much, wby? Oh and wanna come out on a date 2morrow nite? I have something planned!<3<3xxx' It said. I smiled to myself as I replied.

'Same, and yeh sure! What you got planned?<3<3xxx' I replied.

'It's a secret, but dress up and I'll pick you up at 7:30<3<3xxx' He texted back. I smiled and texted Trish to tell her how excited I was. She was the one who introduced me to Dan in the first place, said I needed 'someone fresh'.

*Austin's POV*

"What?! No, that cannot happen!" I shouted over the phone to Trish, who had just told me about Dan and Ally's 'date.'

"Austin, calm down. You realise they're boyfriend and girlfriend, obviously they're gonna go on dates." She stated.

"I don't care. I will find a way to get rid of Dan." I said plainly into the phone, then hung up.

*Ally's POV*

To the date, I wore a baby pink skater dress, black Chuck Taylor Converse, and straightened my hair. It was Trish's idea for the whole outfit. I didn't really approve of it at first, but she assured me it looked beautiful, and Trish wouldn't lie to me.

The door went at exactly 7:30, and I ran downstairs to open it.

"Hey, you look beautiful by the way." Dan said as I opened the door.

"Awh thank you!" I said as I closed the door. Dan led me to his car and opened the passenger door for me. "Such a gentleman," I said.

"Anything for you, beautiful." he said.

"So can you tell me where we're going then." I replied.

"No can do. Anything apart from that." He said.

"Dan!" I whined.

"You'll see when we get there." He replied.

We got out the car at a really fancy restaraunt, called Wetherspoon's (A/N Wetherspoon's is actually a place, I've been before in Glasgow).

We went inside and Dan spoke at the reception.

"Reservation for Mr Dan Lewis?" He spoke.

"Right through there, table 4," The woman said.

We looked for table 4, and it was actually me who found it. We sat down and looked at the menus.

Once we had eaten our main course, Dan suggested we ordered dessert. My phone was sat on the table when it went off, it was a text from Austin. What could he possibly want?

'Ally, meet me outside that restaraunt now! I'm round the back.' It said. I started to get worried. I decided to meet him incase it was important.

"Um, Dan, I'm gonna go to the bathroom." I said as I got up, and walked towards the bathrooms. But I didn't go to the bathroom, I found a back door that led to where Austin apparently was. After a minute of looking outside, he finally came into view.

"Austin, what are you doing here?! How did you know I was here?" I shouted.

"That doesn't matter right now, all that matters is that you're with me now." He said. He was now standing inches away from me, having to look down at me because I'm not anywhere near as tall as him. "I can't let you be with Dan, he's bad news."

"Austin, what do you mea-" I was cut off as he pressed his lips against mine. I tried to struggle at first, but then I just gave in. I felt the same spark as I had the day before. Our lips moved in sync, then Austin deepened the kiss, getting more passionate as it went on. I pulled away to breathe for a minute.

"I love you, Ally Dawson," He whispered, before leaning back in. He pushed me against the wall and held onto my waist, but then I managed to pull away.

"Austin, we can't do this right now, not when Dan's in there waiting for me. I have to go." I said guiltily, as I began walking back into the restaraunt.

"I'll call you later!" he shouted after me.
