I woke up in the night giggling to myself, as you do. I slowly, sleepily opened my eyes and remembered where I was. Is this a dream? What? I'm so confused? Where's Johnny? But then I instantly fell asleep again. What is going on with my dreams lately.
When I woke up in the morning I felt Johnny's chest lightly breathing where my arm was. I gradually opened my sleepy eyes and stretched out a little, trying not to wake up Johnny but he did anyway. His tired sounding voice hit my ears,
"Good morning beautiful."
Then I saw those stunning eyes half open and then fully.
"Hey babe."
Johnny leaned forward and kissed my lips. The kiss lasted around a minute before we both pulled away but our faces remained close together.
"Can I wake up like this every morning?"
He is so cute!
"Can I?"
"Well that's agreed then! Want some breakfast sweetie?"
I smile, "Sure...come on then." I smack his arse and his hips jet towards me, just out of reaction. I wrap my leg around him and raise an eyebrow, "Why hello there..."
He laughs and so do I, before we get out of bed. I put on Johnny's t-shirt from yesterday and he just stays in his boxers. We make our way downstairs. I sit on edge of the counter whilst Johnny makes us pancakes, he insisted on cooking so I just let him. We just talk about stuff and then when he is done we sit outside on the sunbeds that are around the stunning pool. His cooking is actually amazing.
I smile, "These pancakes are perfect!"
Johnny smiles nervously, "Thanks. You know, I never used to be able to cook anything but then one day I just was able to."
I giggle, "Well, you're an amazing cook now."
Johnny takes another bite. It's a lovely day today, blue skies up above, not a single cloud. I can hear the traffic from Sunset Blvd. but I like the sound, along with the sound of the pool.
Johnny asks, "So what do you wanna do today?"
"Ermmm, I don't mind really. Maybe just chill out here at the pool? What about you?"
Johnny smiles, "I like your plan!"
After a minute he says, "Do you want to come out for dinner with me later? I mean, the press might be there..."
I nod, "I know but I don't mind. I want to go to dinner with my boyfriend and if they want to take pictures that is up to them!"
Johnny shakes his head, smiling to himself.
"What?"
He chuckles, "You're handling this so well."
I grin and wink, "Well, I'm trying to stay optimistic about it. Think about it, it's like we are getting free photo's taken of our date!"
Johnny laughs but furrows his brow, "But you know that they might caption it with horrible things right?"
I nod, "Of corse I know but I guess all we can do is laugh at them because they don't understand us."
