Chapter 32

Tori’s P.O.V

‘SUPERMANNNN!!!!’ I heard someone yell. My head started pounding as a heavy body flung onto my stomach making me scream in pain. ‘Louis get off her.’ El screamed dragging him away from me. ‘Jess told me what happened babe. How are you feeling?’ She smiled pulling away the hair from my face. ‘Better than yesterday I guess. He made my stomach more colourful than last time.’ I chuckled lightly. ‘Come on the boys are waiting for you.’ She smiled helping me out of bed. We walked into the lounge and everyone looked at me concern flooding their faces. ‘Guys I’m fine.’ I smiled walking over to Luke. He pulled me onto his lap and started sloppily kissing my face. ‘LUKE!!!’ I squealed trying to rub the saliva off my face. Everyone started laughing. I walked around the room giving everyone hugs, when I got to Ashton. I gave him a cold look but gave him a quick, awkward hug anyway. Then I realised something. ‘Guys where’s Jess?’

Jess’ P.O.V

I needed to get out of that house. I had hugged everyone but when I saw Ashton I couldn’t take it. I mumbled something about getting coffee and nearly sprinted out of the house. And I thought that I would be able to put up with him. So now here I am walking around L.A with a starbucks in my hand. I heard my phone ringing and I looked down to see a picture of Tori lighting up the screen. To be honest it’s not the best picture of her. She had her cheeks puffed out like a chipmunk with cross eyes and had given herself a double chin. I laughed at the picture before answering. ‘Hi.’ I weakly said. ‘Jessica Grace where are you?’ I heard her say through the phone. Oh no she only calls me Jessica Grace when she’s mad. ‘I’m going to talk to Simon about something than I’m going to get the ends of my hair died.’ I made up on the spot. I heard her sigh before she started talking again. ‘Alright just get back soon we have to get up at 7 tomorrow for hair and make-up.’ She said. I quickly said goodbye and hung up the phone before heading across to Simon’s office.

‘So let me get this straight. You couldn’t stand being in the same house as him so you came to ask me if you can get the ends of your hair died.’ Simon asked. ‘Yep.’ I nodded. ‘Jess darling you do know that you don’t have to come and ask me about this right?’ He smiled. ‘I know I’m just staying out of the house for as long as I can.’ I weakly said. ‘I understand darl. But I have to go so if you want to go to that salon I would go now.’ He said. I nodded and waved a quick goodbye to him.

I came out of the salon a few hours later and decided to go to the mall quickly. I needed another excuse to stay away from him for as long as I could. I walked into Forever 21 hoping to find something that I would like to buy. Yeah nah. Didn’t really work that way. I found a bracelet at least.

I walked out of the shop not looking where I was going when someone ran into me. I being the graceful person that I am fell to the ground in a huff. ‘Jess?’ A voice asked. ‘What part of leave me alone don’t you get Ashton!’ I growled picking myself up off the ground. ‘Jess let me explain.’ He called as I started walking off. Yeah I was stubborn.

Tori’s P.O.V

I grabbed some popcorn out of the bowl and snuggled in closer to Luke. Of course the boys decided to out on a scary movie, much to El’s and my disgust. Every time something popped out, I jumped and buried my face into Luke’s shoulder. And the boys would laugh at me.

Jess still wasn’t back and Ashton had also left. I think he muttered something about finding her. Good luck to him. When she wanted to stay hidden she did. No one could ever find her. Right as the movie got to a really scary part the door slammed opened making us all jump and scream. ‘Bloody hell Ashton I have told you a hundred times to leave me alone.’ Jess screamed. ‘Why won’t you let me explain!’ Ashton yelled back at her. ‘Because you fucking cheated on me. Don’t you get it. I don’t want anything to do with you. Go back to Ariana.’ She yelled and stormed out of the room. ‘Jess.’ I called after her running down the hall way with El. I shot Ashton the biggest greasy as I could before I kept running.

‘Jess honey. It’s El and Tori can we come in.’ El called as we banged on the door. ‘Yep.’ We heard a sniffle from the other side of the room. I opened the door slowly to find Jess sitting on the bed hugging her pillow. She had mascara marks running down her face as her tears were flooding out. ‘Why are boys so stupid.’ She sobbed into the pillow.

Luke’s P.O.V

‘Damnit why won’t she just let me explain.’ Ashton cussed punching the wall. ‘I don’t know man maybe because you cheated on her.’ Liam yelled. Everyone was taken back a little at this. I mean Liam yells but never at one of the boys. ‘Li calm down.’ Harry said. ‘You guys don’t get it though. Management made me.’ He said. Ok this was new. ‘what do you mean management made you?’ Michael asked. ‘They told me that I had to be in a relationship with Ariana and not be with Jess anymore. So I thought that I could still be with Jess in secret. I just didn’t find a way to tell her yet. I know I stuffed up.’ He sighed running his hands through his hair. ‘We’ve all been there mate don’t worry.’ I said patting his back.

Poor Ashton :( And Liam being protective of his best friend Jess!
