Tori’s P.O.V

Here we were just about to go on and have an interview with Ellen. I had on a flower print hi-low skirt with a black crop top, with a dream catcher necklace. My hair had been curled and a small part had been pinned back. I had on very light make-up and my gladiator sandals.  Jess looked gorgeous in a floral print dress, donut bun and ballet flats. I was breathing really heavily trying to calm myself down. ‘Ok here are my next guests, Repeat Again girls, Jessica Rivers and Tori Carter.’ Ellen said. Now or never. Jess and I walked out waving to the crowd. We walked over to the seats hugging Ellen. ‘Hey Ellen.’ We smiled. Ellen returned the smile, knowing how nervous we were. ‘Now I understand that this is your first ever televised performance and interview since you have been signed. So trust me we don’t bite.’ Ellen laughed. Jess and I laughed along with her. ‘Thanks for having us.’ Jess smiled. ‘Now did you guys really believe that this would happen.’ Ellen asked us. ‘No it’s strange to think that just six months ago we were sitting in our lounge recording a song and putting it on YouTube, and now we are recording our debut album.’ I laughed. ‘I’m not sure if you girls have heard or not but your single According To You, was released about two weeks ago.’ Ellen started. We both nodded not sure where she was going with this. ‘Well it went straight to the top of the American and English charts.’ Ellen continued. ‘I know it’s crazy! We didn’t think that we were going to have many fans straight away. It’s just crazy!’ Jess laughed. ‘yes well your single has gone platinum.’ Ellen smiled. ‘Oh My God that’s amazing!’ I squealed, earning a laugh from Ellen. ‘So girls you are living with One Direction and 5 Seconds Of Summer, as well as Eleanor Calder and Perrie Edwards. How is it living with the bands?’ Ellen smiled. ‘It is definetly different to the lives that we lived before, but the boys are really amazing. They treat us like family.’ Jess smiled. ‘Perrie and Eleanor are like our sisters, their out best friends.’ I smiled. ‘Now Jess I heard that there is a certain drummer boy in your life at the moment.’ Ellen winked, causing the crowd to erupt in laughter. ‘Yes I am currently seeing Ashton Irwin.’ Jess blushed smiling widely. ‘And Tori, there have been many rumors about you and Luke Hemmnigs going around. What is the real story?’ Ellen asked. This was the one question I was dreading. ‘Well Luke and I are no longer together. He has a family that he has to support and I need to focus on my career.’ I weakly smiled. ‘Ok we will be right back with the girls from Repeat Again, who will perform their brand new single.’ Ellen smiled towards the camera. ‘Wow you girls did really well for your first time. And Tori I’m really sorry about you and Luke. I saw the report yesterday and I can see the heartbreak in your eyes. You really do love him don’t you.’ She warmly smiled. I nodded weakly, trying not to let my real emotions show. ‘Luke will come to his senses soon.’ She smiled before a crew member took us to the stage area. ‘Ok and we’re back with Repeat Again. Here they are performing their new single, Too Little Too Late.’ Ellen smiled and the beginning chords started. (Jess, Tori, Both)
