Chapter 12

Tori’s P.O.V

I walked into the bathroom, carrying the clothes that I needed for the meeting today. I was still confused about why Luke had been acting weird this morning. I was probably just over reacting. I washed my hair and body quickly before shaving. I got out of the shower and dried my hair, wrapping it up in a turban style. I put on my aqua maxi skirt and a black crop top before blow drying my hair. I curled my hair into ringlets and let it fall down my back. I added some light make-up before adding an angel wing necklace, a group of silver bracelets and an infinity ring. I put on my heeled gladiator sandals and my aqua ferdora. I added on my favourite love bracelet. I grabbed everything that I needed and headed downstairs. But a voice stopped me. ‘You know I don’t want to. But I have to. If Tori asks just say that I am going to see an old friend or my cousin or something.’ Luke sighed walking out the door. Ok so I don’t know if I’m over-reacting or what but that didn’t sound like something I wanted to hear. ‘Boys where is Luke?’ I asked, as if I hadn’t heard anything. ‘Oh he went to go visit his cousin.’ Zayn smiled guilt filling his eyes. ‘No. Where is he really.’ I glared at all of them trying to make them crack. ‘Tori he’s at his cousins. Would we really lie to you?’ Niall smiled. ‘I guess your right.’ I weakly smiled. But I didn’t believe them. ‘Tori, Simon is out the front waiting for us.’ Jess smiled fixing her hair. She kissed Ashton lightly before we made our way to the front door. ‘Jessica, Tori. We have found the members of your new band, and I think that you will like them loads. Oh and Tori. Congratulations on you and Luke.’ Simon smiled before looking back down at his phone. I smiled a thank you, even though on the inside I don’t even know if Luke truly liked me.

We arrived at the studio and were rushed up to the meeting room immediately. We walked in and I was shocked at who was there. ‘Noah, Dusty.’ I squealed jumping into their arms. ‘I missed you guy so much.’ I cried, not caring that I would mess up my make-up. ‘We missed you to T. Just think we will be touring the world together.’ Noah smiled giving me a huge squeeze. ‘Jessy.’ Dusty and Noah squealed wrapping her in a hug too. ‘So girls you already know your guitarist and drummer. But this is your keyboardist Kayla.’ Simon revealed a pretty girl with long red hair. ‘Hi I’m Tori and this is Jess.’ I smiled hugging the girl. She returned my smile. ‘It’s really great to meet you girls. I’m a huge fan.’ She smiled hugging both of us. ‘Thank you.’ Jess and I smiled. ‘Ok girls we have to talk about something. We have to go to America to film a music video and do a few interviews over there.’ Simon told us. ‘That’s great! We can visit everyone.’ Jess smiled. ‘Well there is one thing. We are leaving at 11:00 am tomorrow for a month.’ Simon said again. We both nodded. We talked for another hour about the interviews when Simon said we could leave. We both said a quick goodbye to our band and walked down to the limo. How were we going to tell everyone.

We walked through the house to find everyone siting on the couches. I was surprised to find Luke there since he was supposed to be at his ‘cousins.’ ‘Guys we have some news.’ Jess smiled walking in front of the couch. Everyone nodded. ‘Well Jess and I have to leave for America for a month, for our music video.’ I smiled at them. ‘Wait when are you guys leaving.’ Ashton asked. ‘Um… that’s the thing. We leave tomorrow.’ I weakly smiling, rubbing the back of my neck. ‘Oh.’ Luke whispered. ‘Guys were sorry it’s so short notice. We only found out today.’ Jess smiled, pecking Ashton’s lips. ‘Well it’s what’s best for your career. Than were happy for you. Right everyone?’ Louis smiled wrapping us in a bear hug. Everyone smiled and wrapped us up into a hug. ‘Congrats.’ Luke weakly smiled pecking my lips. Something was wrong I could feel it. ‘Well as much as we love your company ladies. The lads and I have a club to get to.’ Harry smiled before walking out the door followed by the boys. Ashton, Zayn and Louis gave their girlfriends a peck on the lips. Luke walked up to me and gave me a huge passionate kiss. I’m not gonna lie I liked it. A LOT! ‘Always remember that I love you alright. No matter what.’ He smiled, pecking my lips again. ‘I love you too.’ I smiled waving to him as he left. I heard the girls squeal. ‘That was the first time you guys said that to each other wasn’t it.’ El winked. I felt my cheeks heat up as I nodded. ‘Aww.’ The girls chorused. ‘So mani-pedi’s and facials.’ I smiled.

After about two hours of putting face masks and doing our nails we decided on watching the notebook. ‘Hey Perrie. Do you have any hair dye with you?’ I asked about halfway through the movie. ‘Yeah babe. Do you want me to do your hair for you?’ She smiled. ‘Yeah. Would you be able to do pink dip-dye?’ I asked. ‘Yeah! Let’s go.’ She squealed pulling me upstairs.

About 30 minutes later the dye had finished and I had finished packing my suitcase. Perrie put the hair dryer over my hair. ‘Okay finished.’ She smiled holding up a mirror. ‘Omg Pez. I love it.’ I squealed giving her a huge hug.

I walked down the stairs and showed my new hair to the girls. They all loved it. The movie was finished so I decided to go on Twitter. Most were really supportive tweets about the single and Luke and I. But others well let’s just say they weren’t the nicest things I have ever seen. Oh well. I pulled up the group shot that the girls and I had taken earlier and posted it.

‘You know. I don’t know what I would be able to do without you girls.’ I smiled wrapping my arm around them. They all smiled at me. They really were the best friends anyone could ask for.
