The End Of Training

Gaia's POV
"Gwandpa!!" My precious babies yelled as they ran over towards Vegeta. He snapped his head around quickly and bent to their level to pick them up.

"Hey Vegeta. I've got a favor to ask of you." I say as I walk up to him.

"What is it woman?" He asks in his usual harsh tone.

I sigh then ask, "could you watch Isa and Jace for me? I have to finish my training. I'll be back in time for the battle though."

"Whatever. I'll watch them. You better not be late to the battle like your father typically is." He scolds.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever old man." I say with a smirk while he gets an irk mark.

He goes to punch me but I grab his hand and push him back. "See yeah." I say as I leave everyone at Capsule Corp and instant transmit to an abandoned planet.

"Now that I'm alone, time to work on my portals. Let's see." I concentrate my energy into opening a portal. Within a few minutes it opens completely and out comes Shenron.

"Why have you summoned me?" He asks in his all to scary way.

"I did not intend to summon you Graet Shenron. I was merely training in opening portals. I must have opened yours but how?" I ask.

"I see. Then you have summoned me for battle not a wish. I shall explain. When you open the portal, I will appear but I cannot grant wishes this way. In this state I am here to protect and fight with you." He says.

"That makes sense. Thank you Shenron." I smile at him and he smiles back with all his glory. "You may return to your realm if you wish. I just need to train in shortening the time frame of opening the portals."

"I will take my leave so you can train." He says back to me. I nod my head as I watch him disappear and then portal close.

"Gaia, the enemy is a day away." King Kai says telepathically to me.

I jump slightly and say "I will be. I have to finish training. I will be ready."

"Okay."
