Log 43, begin.
Today I continued my observations of what the people of earth call 'teenagers'. Adults, I have noticed, typically think of said teenagers as lazy. I have seen things that claim otherwise. They often work hard to try and get good grades, to impress their peers, parents, and teachers. A group of teenagers gathered at one person's house and stayed up watching 'movies', much like our own spiralvids. They watched something they called a 'Marvel movie marathon', which appeared to include superheroes. They then watched Star Trek, during which they ate a terrain food called pizza. They then had a pillow fight. When Star Trek ended, they all got yellow 'balloons', items that float when filled with helium.  These ones, however, were filled with water. They went outside, into the early morning darkness, to throw them at each other. After they finished, they went back inside, and put on another movie, Moana. They did not go to sleep until just before dawn, but were up at 7:30 am, earth time, to make breakfast for the parents and younger sibling of the one hosting. After breakfast, they put on Maze Runner, and talked, some of them going back to sleep. After lunch, most of teenagers departed to return to their own places of residence. I wonder how well these teenagers would accept our existence. I ponder, not for the first time, if perhaps we should reveal ourselves to only certain groups of people, perhaps children around seven years of age, teenagers around fifteen years of age, and young adults around twenty years of age. I hope that when I'm done with my research here, I will be permitted to speak with one of the above groups. Researcher: Kasupa Talypa. Log 43, end.
