Lost and Found

Chapter 5

    *ring* *ring* my phones goes off, I wake up from my slumber I see the caller ID "no caller ID" I quickly pick up and lazily say "hello"
"Hi, uh did I wake you up?" I furrow my eyebrows "erm who is this?" I question
"Oh shit, it's Michael, from last night" he says with confidence
"Oh, hi." I say
"Want me to pick you up?" He questions
"Uh ok" I giggle
"Ok see you in an hour" I say and end the call.

Michael asked me if I wanted a ride, should I dress up?
I quickly go to my white glazed wardrobe and grab some black skinny jeans, white crop top and a flannel. I tried going for a Michael style, he dresses so interestingly with his red hair. I then sit down at my make up desk and apply a little foundation and mascara now bothering with eyebrows.
I exit my room and sigh, I walk downstairs quickly and grab some toast that my mom had made whilst I was upstairs. "Hey hun" mom says with a grin. "Okay mom, why are you grinning? Last time you grinned this much was when we saw JLS live" it was hell, I tell you. She laughs "oh shut up, I found a new man!"
"Is he hot?" I question
She just widens her eyes "you'll be meeting him tonight"
I don't reply and just nod and take a massive bite of my toast.

An hour passes and Micheal knocks on my door "you ready?" I nod and slip on my black vans and grab my school bag and phone. I tightly hold my phone in my hand, what if Michael wasn't who he seems he is? What if he kidnaps me?
"Are you getting in?" He taps my shoulder I fall out of my daydream and blush, shit I wasn't paying attention.
He laughs "don't blush, you look cute" I just giggle and hid my cheeks as my cheeks go more red. We both sat in his black leather seats in the messy car.
You could see he was comfortable driving, he looked so cute when driving. Shut up brain you've only known him a day.
  A few minutes pass and he puts his hand on my thigh and my breath stops for a second as he slowly rubs his hand up and down my thigh, I don't want to seem rude and tell him to get off but I slowly move his hand off my thigh and smile at him. He just smiles back and nods understanding I was uncomfortable.
    30 minutes pass and we get to the school, many children huddled in groups and laughing. Some were staring at me and Michael, he looks over at me and says "you'll be okay" I just nod and step out of the car and bite my lip. Fuck. I have never been to a public school, I was always at a private school. Public schools scared the shit out of me, I never knew I'd be here. "Here" Michael says as he takes my hand "want me to take you to the main reception" I just nod and look at mine and his hand intertwined. I quickly take his hand out of mine and he looks at me in confusion and doesn't say anything. "Here, I'll wait for you"
    I walk into the badly lit room, in front of me was a desk with a black leather chair, book cases all around the dark room. Was this the reception or what? Suddenly the door opens and I freeze.

   "Hi! You must be... Adrianne" an old man around his 50's puts his hand out and I shake it. "Welcome to Australian Barista" he adds. I just nod. "Here's your timetable, I hope you've met someone because you'll need help around the place" he says. "Oh yeah I've met a guy called Michael" I say quietly. He nods and the bell goes.

I quickly rush outside and see Michael on his phone he hears the door close and stands up "I have my timetable" I say. "Okay let's see where you are" he examines the timetable "you're in maths, with me" he takes my hand and drags me to I'm guessing the maths class. We get in and I quickly sit down trying not to get any attention on me but clearly I do, Michael sits in his seat next to a cute guy with curly hair, I think that's one of Calum's friend. I scan the room with my eyes and see a seat next to Calum that no one was sat in. "hello class! Everyone take a seat, except.. who are you" he asks quite rudely "oh uh I'm Adrianne" i say standing the twiddling my thumbs. "Oh the new girl, your seat is next to" please not Calum, please not Calum "Calum Hood" nope of course that happens. I make my way to his desk without whining or fighting back. Calum just stares at me, anger in his eyes.   "Hey babe, this school will be a thrill ride" he whispers into my ear. I get a chill down my spine and I shiver. "What? Are you cold?" He says quietly again whilst he runs a finger down my thigh. I shake again and I feel another persons eyes burning into me, that aren't Calum's. I see Michael looking at me, clearly not happy with Calum's moves. He mouthes something that I can't make out so I ignore him and turn my head to see Calum close to my face. I push him away "and what on earth are you doing?" I practically raise my voice. "You're first day here and you're already raising your voice??? DETENTION AFTER SCHOOL" The teacher shouts. I cross my arms as I see Calum smirking.

    Michael's p.o.v-
Adrianne was so beautiful, I mean I understand I've only known her for a day. But she was gorgeous. The way her brown hair just stayed there over her shoulder, her blue eyes so bright and the way she dressed. She in general was beautiful.   But she had a past with Calum, you could see it. Calum would never get a girl in trouble but here he is. I feel bad for her, I mean it's only her first day here and she already had a detention.

Adrianne's p.o.v-
"Oi! Adrianne" I hear behind me as I was ready to go to my next lesson with Michael, but Michael had disappeared with Calum. I turn behind me and see Calum "what the fuck do you want Hood?" I say sternly. "I just wanted to say sorry about maths" he scratches the back of his neck. I just nod giving in, out of no where he grabs my arm and pulls me into a cleaners cupboard.  What was he doing? He switches the light off "look I wanted to tell you something" the lights were back on and he was inches away from my face, I could feel his hot breath again my now chapped lips. Suddenly I get pushed to the floor, "you'd think I'd kiss a looser like you? Forget it" he says. He closes the door and I start crying. What the fuck? What happened, why was he so against me?
