{1#The favorite shoe.}

Her words were like broken heels. Unbelievable yet showed her own personality. It felt like I was just a psychologist that listened to your endless blabbering and gave advice about them. But I was more like a shoe clerk who had to help every customers' needs.

Let me interpret my day. It was where me and my best friend were at the Starbucks café drinking our favorite coffee and lattés and frappucinos. We were discussing our social problems in life.

"What happened to the other guy?"

What's wrong miss? Do you need help?

"I dumped him." She said bluntly.

It's definitely not my day. I can't seemed to find any shoes.

"Why? What happened? Weren't you two...in love?"

You're in the shoe section though, miss. There are plenty of shoes.

"I was. But he wasn't what I thought of."

There aren't any nice ones.

"You mean your impression of him? Changed?" She nodded.

They're all nice shoes, miss.

"He wasn't my type of guy you know.."

Okay, let me rephrase my sentence. There aren't any ones I like.

"So just because he wasn't your ideal boyfriend, you dumped him."

None that you like?

"Uh-huh." She affirmed as her lovingly dazed at her acrylic nails.

Exactly.

"Then what is the type of guy are you look for?"

Then, what kind of shoes are you looking for, miss?

"Someone who is nice, handsome yet hot at the same time, gentle, caring, honest, depending,..." She continued her list dreamily.

I would like high heels. Red ones with a buckle. Like the one in this magazine.

"I don't think you can find someone like that."

I'm sorry, ma'am.

"And why not, Maddie? You think I don't have the capabilities to find the guy I like?"

What?

"No, it's not just the guy," she implored an inquisitive look on her face," oh, never mind, you wouldn't understand even if I told you."

We currently don't have it in stock.

She sighed, "So it wasn't even important." An odd ring tone sung out of her bag. Her eyes widened and took her cell phone out of her bag. Quickly, she glanced at the time.

What a waste. It's not even here.

"Oh, it's time for me to go." She pushed away her seat and stood up.

I guess I'll go somewhere else.

"Go where?" She grabbed her coat which hung from the chair. "To a date." She was rushing.

A different, more unique quality store.

"With who?" She already had left.

Miss?..........
