1. I want to stop checking how my stomach looks in the mirror anytime I try clothes on or get ready to go somewhere. It just spurs anxious thoughts and makes me feel bad about myself.
2. I want to stop saying, "I look dead." anytime I don't have makeup on. I need to learn to embrace and love how my face looks without anything on.
3. I want to stop comparing myself to the girls in my friend group. If that's about how fit they are, or how pretty their faces look, etc. They are beautiful, but so am I.
4. I want to be happy with my body no matter what shape it is in.
5. I want to be healthy so I can love myself better, not so that others can love me.
