1. look in the mirror every morning before I leave and tell myself that I look good, no matter if I have makeup and curled hair or a messy ponytail and no makeup.
2. get more sleep. I have this thing about not going to bed until like 12:30 or so on nights I have to be up early & not going to bed until 1:30 or 2 on other nights and it messes with my mental & physical health so much. so I'm going to start giving myself a certain time to be asleep by.
3. wear what I want to just because I want to. whether it be comfortable or band merch or a dress. I want to wear it because I like it, not because someone else will.
4. work out more. not only will it help me feel more positive about my body, I always feel so good emotionally and physically after a good workout. you can only focus on the workout at the time so it's good to get your mind off things too.
5. paint more positive quotes and hang them in my room where I always see. also I really want to paint a body positive quote on my bathroom mirror where I see it when I'm getting ready or any other time.
