Christmas eve

Christmas was here. Shane and Charlotte went out on christmas eve morning to buy their first tree together. The town was full of lights and christmas carols from each side on the radio. They would spend the evening alone.  Only the two. "Look Shaney,  this tree is perfect for us.", she said and smiled at him. "Yes, this is a beautiful tree.", Shane said and paid the tree. There was a service to bring the trees to the customers, so Charlotte and Shane could enjoy the rest of the morning together in the town.
While walking through the town they came to a group of people with flyers for the animal home. They read the flyer. Who wants to adopt us? Please give us a home over the christmas days. Below there were pictures of puppies and kitties.
Shane saw the tears in Charlottes eyes."Do you want to give a little puppy or kitty a home for the christmas days?", he asked her. "Oh Shaney,  that would be wonderful.  Let's go to the animal home." The home for animal was only a few minutes walk away. "Hello, we want to adopt a puppy or kitty for the christmas days.", Charlotte said to the man in the office. "Sorry lady, we don’t have puppies and kitties. But I can show you the older cats and dogs.", the man went downstairs and Shane and Charlotte behind him. "Here on the left side are our dogs on tbe right side the cats." "Thank you." Shane looked around. He wanted to adopt all these animals. "Shaney, look.", she showed him a dog. He was old and looked very sadly. "What about him?", she asked. "Yes I think we should give him a home over christmas." Shane and Charlotte went upstairs to the man in tbe office. "I think we found one.", Shane said. "Oh, that's nice. Wait a second I'll come with you." We want him.", Shane showed him the old grey dog. The man got tears in his eyes. "Oh thank you. Our Toby is 14 years old. He is here because the owner died last month. I think it will be his last christmas." "Oh my god. What is if we would adopt him not only for three days?", Shane asked. "That would be wonderful.", the man said and smiled. "Ok, we will do it or what do you think about my idea Charlotte?" "I think this is a wonderful idea Shane.", she hugged and kissed him.
They signed a contract and had to pay 50 Euro. Shane gave the man 100 Euro, because it was christmas and they needed every cent. Then they bought all they need for the new family member and went back home. Tobys place was in a dog basket at the fireside. Shane and Charlotte cooked together for the evening. "Thank you Shaney,  it's the most beautiful christmas gift that we adopt Toby.", Charlotte said and looked at the malteser mix. "Yes Baby,  and he will always be a part of our family.", he smiled and kissed her. While they cooked two man brought the christmas tree. Shane put him down in the living room and began with the decoration." It looks beautiful Shaney.", Charlotte said and kissed him. "We can eat now it's ready.", she said and took the dishes. After dinner Shane cleaned the dishes while Charlotte was sitting at the fireside with Toby. Toby was tired and felt asleep very soon. Shane sat down to Charlotte on a blanket at the fireside and held two glasses of wine in his hand. "Here Charlotte.  Let's clink for our new family member Toby and for our first christmas together. I love you Baby. ", he said and looked deep in her eyes. "I love you too Shaney.", she said and kissed him. They drank a little of the wine then Shane put the glasses away and started kissing Charlotte.  She held his cheeck and kissed him back.  Very emotional and long kisses till both layed down.  Shanes hand was under Charlottes shirt. He put off his shirt. Charlotte kissed his muscularly body and Shane enjoyed it. They spend the night at the fireside and lyed arm in arm under the blanket at the next morning.
