Kian pov
As we were driving home from the hospital I look over to see my angel asleep. I'm so glad she stayed with me. I love her so much and I don't think I could have moved on. She has changed me for the better. Can't believe she rejected me once. Nothing would have been the same....
••••Flashback••••
Back in middle school I was a nerd and so was Rachel. She didn't know but I secretly had a huge crush on her. Sometimes we would have arguments about different things we were learning in class. I loved watching her talk just the way her jaw moved. Oh how I wanted to kiss her.
One day my friends Sam, Jc, and I were talking about girls we liked. I told them I had a crush on Rachel and they laughed. I don't know why but it hurt a bit. I said, "why are you guys laughing?" Jc replied, "because she is a total nerd." "Excuse me Rachel is a beautiful, tall, athletic, and smart girl, so you need to check yourself!!" "Wow Kian chill bro," Sam said rubbing my back. I calm down a bit and Jc apologizes. Luckily no one else heard me.
A week later the guys told me just to ask her out already. So I finally got the nuts to do it. After school I walked up to Rachel's locker and said, "hey Rach." "What Kian." I was shocked by her voice, she sounded upset. "Um what's wrong Rac-" "nothing I'm fine!" she cut me off. "Well I-I was wondering if-if u wanted to go on a date with me?" "Kian that's really sweet of u but I'm not looking for a boyfriend right now so no." I just stood there struck. She just said no. I felt tears coming. "Oh Kian I'm sorry, but I-I have to go," she still sounded sad still not knowing why. I didn't care though because I just ran out crying. From that moment I felt no emotions and became a f-boy, jock in high school.....
End of flashback
We pull up to the house and I wake Rachel up with a kiss. She smiles a little and looks at me. I get out, go to her side, open the door, and pick her up to carry her inside. Once in the house she says, "can we go to sleep please?" "Sure thing my little angel." With that I follow behind her up the stairs, just in case. She changes into some pj's and just take my shirt and pants off. Then we climb into bed. I face her and she faces me. Rachel buries her face into my chest and I put my arm around to pull her closer. I kiss her head and say, "I love u Rachel, remember that ok?" "Ok and I love u too." I hear her little voice pop up. She said I love you.....💕
