I open my eyes the next morning and the sunshine nearly blinds me.  I grab my glasses off my nightstand and put them on before getting up. As I stand up I look at my floor to see a giant mess. In the middle of the giant mess of chewed up sock, there is a brown and black ball of fuzz.

I pick up Maggie, and she yawns tiredly. I cradle her in my arms like a baby, and rub her belly, while I walk out to the kitchen. Soon enough she starts squirming and I have to put her down.

When I walk into the kitchen my mom is sitting there talking on the phone. She waves hello to me as the person on the phone says something. I wave back, then walk over to the cabinet to get a bowl. I set the bowl down and get my cereal. While I am pouring my cereal, I hear my mom over say something.

"I know Mrs. Wilson, but is it really a good idea to move him to Washington high? I mean he already has anxiety, and moving him to a new school in the middle of his junior year? Is that really a good idea?" After a few seconds I hear an "Okay, we can try it. Have a good day Mrs.Wilson. Goodbye." She then presses the end button on her phone, and sets it down.

As I finish pouring milk in my cereal, I debate as to wether ask my mom about it, or stay quiet. Before I can stop myself, I blurt out "Who is moving to Washington high? Is it your new client, Blake?!"

"Honey, what did I tell you about my clients? I'm not allowed to tell you."

"Mom, he is transferring to my school, in my grade. I'll find out anyway. Just tell me." I reason with her.

"Good point. Anyway, yes it's Blake. But under no circumstances are you aloud to bring up that he is my client, okay?" She orders.

"EEEEEEEEEE!" I scream.

"Calm down honey, he's just a person."

"Yes mother, but he is a boy. In my grade. Transferring to my school, and is my age." I state proudly.

"You're just like me when I was 17."

"Yeah yeah." I say as I get up to take my empty bowl to the sink.

"So, do you have any plans today?" My mom interrogates me. She asks me this every Saturday in hope that I might actually go to a social event. Well, this time I won't disappoint her.

"Actually, I do. In about an hour, I'm going shopping with Nichole. Then, later tonight we're going to a party at Lucas' house." I say proudly with a smile on my face.

"Oh really? That sounds fun!" She says as a smile spreads across her face. She knows I've never been much of a social person, so for her to hear of me going to a party makes her happy. "Okay, I'm going to meet my friend Emily for breakfast. I'll see you later baby. Have fun. I love you. Bye." She says quickly as she heads for the door.

"Bye, I love you." I say as she walks out the front door. After she is gone, I walk back into my room with Maggie trailing me behind me. I had about an hour to get ready, and then the torture would begin.

I dig through my closet for a few minutes, and settle on a pair of high-waisted skinny jeans, and a plain black t-shirt. I tuck the front of my shirt in loosely, and put on my white belt. I put on my black converse high tops instead of my white ones, and step over to my vanity. I quickly apply my daily makeup, and grab my phone off my nightstand.

As I scroll through Instagram, I hear a honk from my driveway. I look out the window and see a black Ford Fusion. Nichole rolls down the window and honks again.  I tuck my phone into my back pocket. Then I quickly tell Maggie goodbye, and grab my side purse. I turn all the lights off, and run out the door, just in time for Nichole to honk again.

"Would you stop? I'm coming." I say laughing. When I'm directly in front of the car she honks again. When I get into the car she looks at me with a huge grin on her face.

"Good morning!" She says enthusiastically.

"Why are you so happy today?"

"Why am I happy? You agreed to come to a party as long as I take you shopping. Why wouldn't I be happy?" She says very loudly and excitedly for being in a car. She pulls out of my driveway and heads towards the mall.

Because it's so early in the morning, and it's a Saturday, we get there relatively quick. However, finding a parking spot was not as easy. We drove around the parking lot several times before we found a good parking spot.

As soon as I was out of the car I looked up and saw the most gorgeous boy I had ever laid my eyes on. He had blonde hair, and a muscular, toned upper body. He had on a black t-shirt and loosely fitting jeans. His shirt wrapped tightly around his biceps.

Nichole must've saw him too, because she stopped and stared for a second too.
