It's been a full month, since I had seen Liam, and I always had the urge to run back to him, but I just couldn't. I didn't want to give in, the only time he'd ever texted me was that day I left, then he never messaged me again, which gave me the hint that he just didn't want to talk to me, nor did he need me around, or miss me being around, like I had missed him. Silas and I had gotten closer than I thought, and I'd made friends with all of his friends, and the two of us had been going to parties practically every weekend, needless to say, i'd gotten drunk of course, but everytime someone just had my shirt off, I couldn't help but wonder, was Liam thinking of me? And was he still saving his virginity for the right person that I had hoped was me. I doubted it, but still hoped he had, and everytime I asked whoever I was making out with me, if we could stop. Some of them of course wouldn't just stop but would question why, or still continue even though I didn't want it being done.
"Hi, dad!" Silas said sitting down on the stool, and smiling up at his dad. "I'll have the usual."
"Just cause I'm your dad you're going to have to pay eventually." His dad laughed before walking off. I sat next to him looking around until my eyes landed on a particular someone. I stood up and walked towards him, even though I didn't want to. I had a dry throat, and it was annoying me.
"Niall?" Liam looked up baffled to see me. I nodded. "I didn't expect to see you here." My eyes drifted to Sophia.
"I didn't expect to see you here."
"What did I tell you?" She jumped up trying to intimidate me but it hadent worked out, at all. I stood still not amused at all. Instead of walking away and acting scared i kept talking.
"You told me, Liam is your boyfriend, and you know my secret. I also was told I can't tell anyone. But I'm in the situation, so you know what? I should tell Mr. Harries." I crosses my arms, their eyes were both wide.
"You wouldn't!" She snarled.
"You told him that?" Liam inquired slowly looking at Sophia.
"I----"
"No! I told you I'd help you get away from your family that hurts you and you lie to him like that?"
"Liam, you don't have to lie, she told me. You're good." I said putting a hand on his shoulder so he'd relax.
"He's not lying...I made it up, all of it. He's so good, he's helping me get away from my dad, he hits me." She explained pulling up her shirt showing dozens of bruises, I gasped in awe. "I grew attached to him, to where I began imagining things between us and believing them, and then you showed up, and I knew my chances were ruined.."
I didn't even know what to say, I was going to walk away with my pride that she confessed, but then she started crying.
"Don't cry." I ushered towards her, and began to rub her back.
"I'm so stupid, I'd never have him look at me the way he does to you. I don't know why I even bothered." She sobbed, pushing me away.
"Um, Sophia...really...there's nothing---."
"Why don't you stay with us, til we get this sorted out?" Liam suggested, I glared at him.
"You'd let me?" For a split second the tears stopped, and she looked between both of us, for a desision, I sighed.
"Fine." I grumbled feeling her wrap her arms around me thanking me dozens of times.
"Why don't we walk you to your house so you can get some things and get you in half an hour? Before your dad gets home." She nodded agreeing with Liam and we all got out of the booth.
