Gabe knocked but she didn't answer. He knew she was home because he could hear the music blasting. He walked over and peered at her through the open window. She was dancing around the kitchen cleaning. He stood for a minute watching her.

Ruby did a quick spin and noticed a large figure standing at her window.  It took her a second to realize that the large man standing, arms crossed with a huge grin on his face was Gabe.

She walked over and opened the door, "What are you doing out here?" she laughed a little embarrassed that he caught her.

"Just enjoying the view." He leaned down and gave her a kiss. "You've got some good moves."

She laughed and smacked him playfully on the arm.

"So what did you decide? Are you going to come out and see Brown Town?"

"Yes. I'm all packed and everything."

"Good, I told them you were coming and they are all excited to meet you."

"How did you know that I would come?" she asked.

"I can see the future. Have I never told you of my psychic abilities," he smiled and laughed.

"Ok, if you can see the future what does it look like for us?"

"I see great things ahead of us. But first I need to grab your luggage."

"You are psychic because that is exactly what I was going to ask you to do."

He grabbed her bags from the hallway and headed for the door. "Got enough stuff in here? How long do you plan on staying?"

"I'm not really sure yet, until your tired of me maybe," she smiled coyly at him.

"Sounds good to me." He leaned in and kissed her. As the kiss grew deeper he dropped her bags and wrapped his arms around her pulling her to his chest. When they finally broke apart all he could say was, "wow."

"Have I never told you that I miss you when you're gone?"

She turned to lock up her house and then they made their way to the dock. Gabe had her bags in one hand and her hand in the other.

When they got to The Integrity he tossed her bags onto the deck and then helped her on board.  They made their way to the wheelhouse where Bam and Matt were talking.

"Guys I want you to meet Ruby."

"So this is who has been pulling Gabe away from his chores every week," Bam said seriously.

"Yeah," she glanced up to Gabe, "but I'm not really sorry." Ruby smiles and grabbed Gabe around the waist and pulled him to her.

"That's fine," Bam half smiled.

"That's Bam, that's Matt, you met Bear already." he pointed down to the engine room, "that's Noah down there," and a head appeared down the hatch to the engine room.

"It's nice to finally meet all of you. He has told me all about you, and it was all bad," she grinned in jest.

Gabe had told her all about his family so she was ready to meet all of them and hoped that they didn't mind her sense of humor.

"Nice to meet you," spoke Matt as he stuck his hand out to shake hers. When her hand was in his, he pulled her in for a hug.

When a roar of laughter filled the engine room, she felt like she might fit in here.

When the hug lasted a little longer than Gabe liked he finally said, "Hey man, you don't need to be that friendly." He grabbed at Ruby's arm to pull her from Matt's grasp.
