For the next ten minutes, me and Nicole searched the entire merchandise room for the other three members.
"Surely they have to come out too." Nicole moaned.
"Yeah...I want to meet them all before we leave tonight." I mentioned.

Groups of people began to leave and the room became more empty. Surely we should find them.
The next thing you know, I see Ross and Evan hidden in a corner talking to each other. Nicole must have spotted them too because without warning, she grabbed my arm and we both darted to the other end of the room.

We stood there staring at them, expecting them to start the conversation. But, they looked a little bit nervous. How can they be nervous? They perform in front of loads of people.

"Evan I love you so much, you're my favourite member!!" Nicole blurted out.
His eyes widen, he looked really surprised. Surely someone must have said that to him before.

"Thank you so much" Evan replied awkwardly.

I looked over at Ross who hadn't said anything yet. He was looking at Evan like all of us. But, he was just smiling and then he let out a little laugh under his breath.
We ended up being with them longer than when we were with Josh. They signed both our tickets and we had endless pictures with them. Again, the time seemed to just fly by and it was getting really late.

Even thought it was a little bit awkward and quiet, I'm still glad I got to meet them.
Nicole turned to me.
"PETE. WE STILL HAVEN'T MET PETE!!" She cried.
"It's okay, we still have time and we can still do this." I said reassuringly.

At this point, the room was practically empty, lots of people had left. There was only a few groups of people remaining. The majority of them were still at the merch stand buying albums and t-shirts. I saw that Josh had gone over to help Niall with the sales.

After a while, it became clear that Pete wasn't even in the room. The time wasn't getting any slower and I started to lose hope.
"Nooooo....I really wanted to see Pete." Nicole weeped.
"I know, I did too. But hey, just remember everything that happened tonight, okay?" I said.
She grinned to herself and then looked at me. In agreement, Nicole nods at me.

Linking arms, me and Nicole stepped outside into the cold. It was really poorly lit but then again, it was really late.
We began walking down the street beside the venue whilst gales of heavy wind hit us. The wind was absolutely freezing and it howled like you wouldn't believe.

"Hold on, I'll get my flashlight up on my phone so we can see properly." Nicole suggested.

A bright blue light then shone infront of us and now we were able to see where to go.
I relinked our arms and continued to stare at the ground. We were huddled so close together now.

Nicole screamed. But, this was a scream from her I've never heard before. It wasn't because she was excited. She was frightened. I looked up from my feet and saw a man standing before us. I couldn't make out what he looked like but I thought he looked rough.

I no longer had my arms entwined with Nicole's. This man had tackled her to the ground.
"GET OFF ME ASSHOLE!!" Nicole screamed.
The man had Nicole down on the floor and was sitting on top of her, he was pulling harshly at her hair.

I panicked. What the hell was going on? Was this some kind of sick joke? What do I do?
"SOMEONE HELP US" I cried.

There wasn't anyone around. I turned back to Nicole who was still on the ground. She was clearly struggling. The man bashed her head against the concrete ground.

I leapt on top of him in an attempt to save my best friend. It was no use. He shoved me off his back with such ease. The man pushed me off with such force, it knocked me over and I too was now on the ground. He then grabbed Nicole's phone and legged it.

I crawled over to her.
"Nicole are you okay?" I wept.
There was no reply. I shook her motionless body to try and get her to wake up.

"NICOLE" I cried. Tears were streaming down my face. I didn't know what to do. Everything just felt like a blur. It was all so sudden. I was upset, I couldn't comprehend what just happened. I lay on top of her, weeping in the hope that she would regain consciousness.
