Kaneki's P.O.V
As I emerged from the huge cloud of smoke, the CCG all had the weapons raised and pointed at me. They soon realised that I was not there to fight, instead I was holding a bleeding teenager in my arms still alive. They kept there weapons raised at me as I walked over to the medics. I set down my best friend in front of the medics I stepped back and started to walk away. Calmly I strode off back towards the smoke when I heard a man scream...
"FIRE!!"
Gunshots follows and I tryed to use my kagune to jump out the way but I was shot multiple times in my chest, stomach and legs. I did manage to escape the gunfire eventually, just with minor injuries. Now that Anteiku had been destroyed though I had no choice but to leave the twentieth ward and go into hiding as I'm now a wanted ghoul and the fact theres a bigger, stronger ghoul than the one eyed owl on the loose.
