Hand-to-hand Combat

(Y/n)'s POV

I was woken up by bells ringing outside my cabin, i looked at the clock on my wall which read 7:30am. I groaned and covered my head with my pillow, i heard a chuckle from the bed above mine. "Come on (Y/n) its the first day of training we need to get ready" Mikasa said as she got dressed and stretched before leaving to go to the food hall for some breakfast. I soon heard a knock at the door, "come in!" I shouted as i sat up in my bed. "Hey (Y/n)" Eren and Armin said as they entered the small cabin. "Hey guys, what is it" i asked them as i got up from bed stood in front of them. "We just came to ask you if you wanted to eat with us in the food hall today seen as yesterday you didn't get the chance to because of Jean" Eren said looking down at his feet. "Of course i would, ill meet you outside in 5 minutes" i said smiling. "Okay (Y/n)" Armin said as he dragged Eren out of my cabin. I sighed and got dressed and tied my (h/c) silky hair into a ponytail. "Lets get this first day over and done with then" i said to myself confidently in the mirror and then went outside the cabin.

Food hall

We soon arrived at the food hall and the first thing we heard when we got there was Sasha complaining, "There's hardly any choice here!" Sasha cried out. The three of us just laughed and joined the line to get food. i felt like i was being watched so i turned round only to see Jean standing behind me. "(Y/n)! Baby! How've you been sweet cheeks!" I rolled my eyes at him and said "shouldn't you be on a farm horse face?" Eren and Armin laughed behind me and Jean gave them the death stare. "Horse face? Don't you mean horse cause I'm pretty sure you'd like to ride me" he said smirking. My eyes widened at his statement i then slapped him across the face and kicked him in the shin. Armin and Eren gasped at my actions and tried to hold me back from killing him "HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT YOU - YOU -" i was cut off by Eren's hand over my mouth. "Would you shut up, you can deal with him later, calm down" Eren said as he and Armin put me down and turned me to face them. 
"Im sorry guys" I murmured looking at my feet, "its okay (Y/n)" Armin said as he pulled me in for a hug. "I know what'll make you feel better, how about some porridge!" Eren said trying to sound cheery about getting porridge from the cafeteria. I laughed at Eren and ruffled his soft brown hair before getting some porridge and sitting down with Armin, Eren, Riner and Bertolt.

Training Grounds

Today in training we were doing hand-to-hand combat everyone was paired up, Armin&Krista, Connie&Sasha, Marco&Jean ect...i was paired with Annie.

I got into battle stance as i was about to fight Annie, she's really good at hand to hand combat so i was a bit nervous but I couldn't show her that. She charged at me and tried to punch me, i dodged the attack and kicked her in the side of the face she fell down and got back up quickly she approached me and we shook hands, "you're really good at hand-to-hand combat (Y/n)" Annie said sounding a bit surprised. "Thanks, my dad taught me when i was quite young" i said smiling at her. She attempted to smile back but it didn't quite work, "we need to go onto the next fight. I think you're with Eren" she said looking at Eren. He glared at her, "well good luck because he doesn't look very happy" she said glaring back at him.

I approached Eren and he smiled at me, "Are you ready to get your ass kicked?" He smirked at me. "Should be asking you the same thing" i said smirking back.
We both took battle stance and we both charged towards each other, Eren stuck his leg out and tripped me up whilst my legs were in the air I managed to kick him in the jaw making him fall down also. We both laughed and started to tickle each other "YAGER! (L/N)! WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS BEHAVIOUR!" The Commander shouted at us. We stood up stumbling all over the place and saluted him. "20 LAPS OF THE TRAINING GROUNDS NOW!" we both nodded and started running laps around the training grounds.

Food hall

Me and Eren slowly made our way to the table that Armin was sitting at. "Hey Guys!" Armin shouted at us. We both waved exhaustedly and tried to walk a bit faster so we could finally sit down.
"Wow you two look terrible.." Armin said bluntly. "well no shit! We just ran 20 laps of the training grounds!" I shouted at him. His eyes widened and his lip started to quiver, he looked away from me with tears in his eyes. I got up from my chair and hugged him tightly, "Armin i am so so sorry. I didn't mean to shout I'm just really tired please forgive me" i said also nearly crying. "Its okay (Y/n), i know you're just tired. I probably shouldn't have said that anyway. Im sorry too" he said hugging me back, "just kiss already" Eren said to us smirking slyly. Me and Armin both looked at him in shock and laughed awkwardly. "Haha well i better go rest cause I'm pretty tired, I'll see you guys later...bye!" I said as i got up and quickly walked away from them.

~Time Skip~
At your cabin

I approached the small wooden cabin and noticed all the lights were off...
great everyone must be asleep. I sighed and quietly opened the door and closed it behind me. I started to strip down to my bra and was about to take my jeans off when the lights turned on to reveal Jean and Marco, Thomas and Franz all sitting up and looking at me in their beds. My face went completely red with embarrassment, "oh em i think i have the wrong cabin" i said quickly as i gathered all my clothes. "Oh please stay as long as you want sexy" Jean said smirking at me looking at my bra and noticeable boobs. "Pervert!" I screamed at him and ran out of their cabin. I was about to enter my cabin but i heard a familiar voice call on me "(Y/n)?" Said Eren. "Hey Eren..." i said as i put my shirt on quickly hoping he wouldn't notice that i was half naked. "Will me and Armin meet you in the food hall for breakfast tomorrow?" he asked me. I nodded quickly and said "yeah, we should do that every day for now on" he nodded then smirked at me and said "okay. Nice bra btw (Y/n)" my eyes widened at his statement then i ran up to him and punched him in the arm. "Do not mention this to anyone!" I yelled at him. "Shhh keep your voice down people are sleeping" he said trying to calm me down, " and don't worry i wont say anything." He then hugged me and said "goodnight (Y/n)" I hugged him back, "goodnight Eren" and with that both let go and walked off to our cabins.
