Hidden Hybrid

Chapter 5

I was the first to wake up on Sunday. After I stretched I saw that we all fell asleep on the couch during the movie so I turned off the tv after which I got up grabbed the blanket that was on me and wrapped it around myself and then I went to the kitchen. When I was in the kitchen I made a bowl of cereal for breakfast. Then ate and washed

my dishes when I was done. Lastly I went back to the couch laid down and went back to sleep.

*bout 2 hours later*

(said in the voice from sponge bob SquarePants that says the time on the time card things that sometimes show up.)

"Rose"

Incoherent noises as words from me.

"Rose wake up"

More upset incoherent noises from me.

"Rooooooooose" Ally whined

"Let me sleep I already ate breakfast" I mumbled

Ally sighed before saying "I guess you don't want a second breakfast then. I guess Joy and I will just have to eat all the eggs, bacon, sausages, omelets, fresh toast, waffles, pancakes, smoothies, and orange juice all by our selves."

By the time Ally had finished listing all the food I was already up and running to the kitchen.

"Joy you made breakfast?" I said excitedly cause the only person who would make that much food for any meal is my aunt Joy.

"Yes I made breakfast. Ally you invited your parents right?" Joy replied

"Yeah" said Ally

Which made me realize that I need to get dressed. So I ran upstairs to my room and put on a T-shirt, jeans, and my slippers. Then brushed my hair into a ponytail and ran down stairs just in time for them to knock on the door. I hurried and opened the door.

"Hi Mr. and Mrs. Moon come on in breakfast is ready." I said as I lead them to the kitchen.

"Here is a plate for you and one for you." I said as I handed both of them a plate. They went and got their food and went to a seat that had utensils and a napkin at it. After everyone else got their food I grabbed a plate and got my food. I got 2 blueberry waffles, some eggs, 4 sausages, 10 peices of bacon(each piece is half a strip), a small omelet, and 4 peices/strips of French toast/ French toast sticks. Once everyone finished their first group of food Ally and her parents went for another round. I'm not sure how they can eat so much and still look so skinny but they can. When everyone finished eating their fill of the food(all the food was gone). We all went to the living room and chatted.

"Rose I heard that your also going to Slovakia. Am I correct?" Asked Mrs. Moon

"Yes ma'am I am. Me and Ally are planning to fly over together." I replied politely

"Now Rose you know you can just call me Julia. But I am sincerely delighted to here that you to are going together. You know me and your mom used to be friends before both of you were born." Julia said

"Actually I didn't how did you all meet?" I questioned

"Well this was back when I first met Jack he was still living with his family in Slovakia." Said Julia

(Jack is Ally's dad)
