"Hey you!" said Mel. "You're such a lousy swordman! I bet your mama can't hold a sword properly!"

"What?!" Rhen, who was reading a book, looked at her.

"What's with that face?" teased Mel. "Yeah, I'm talking to you, you silly yam!"

"Mel," warned Edward. "It's rude to insult people. You're getting far enough."

Rhen snapped the book shut and daggered at her, hands reaching for her iron sword. "What do you want, you filthy thief?"

Dameon, who had just entered the room, stopped as he felt strong auras between that two.

"You, me, duel," said Mel. "Backyard, now."

"Challenge accepted," Rhen, with puzzled Edward and Dameon, followed Mel to the back of the mansion in Harakauna. It was a huge terrain of lush green. The vegetation swayed as the cool breeze blew. A perfect place for a friendly match.

"You're no match for me!" taunted Rhen, who was in the battle stance.

"We'll see about that," holding her staff, couldn't wait to defeat her foe in minutes.

The gentlemen, who were watching them at the back door, gulped.

"Be careful, Rhen!"

"Keep cautious, Mel!"

"On the count of three," said Rhen. "One... Two..."

Mel couldn't wait longer, "Bretho de Drago!"

Barrage of fireballs emitted from the tip of her Harpy Staff and aimed towards Rhen, who dodge swiftly by dashing side to side.

"Look at her dance," said Edward, who was mesmerized by Rhen's moves. "It's graceful."

"Totally agree," smiled Dameon. "That's when she was about to strike."

"Dancing Swan!" Rhen twirled and spun like a professional ballerina towards her opponent, who was looking for opportunities to attack. Before she could speak a word, Rhen stop twirling right in front of Mel and countered, "Boot Slappin Mara!"

With a wave of her staff, Mel teleported herself away before being sliced into pieces. She appeared behind Rhen and casted a spell before her foe turned around. "Darke Magik: Snellio!"

Oh no, Rhen thought. Have to keep a distance before she cast another spell. Using the force surged inside within, she slammed her sword hard onto the ground, which caused a knock-back effect to the area nearby. Mel was pushed feet away from her.

"Shiro Magik: Healeo Minora!" Mel felt dizzy from the impact, but she managed to gain her balance.

It's time, Rhen dashed towards her foe. "Siren Call!"

Mel blocked her attack with her staff easily, just as Rhen's thought, and the impact caused the sword to produced a piercing sound which rang for seconds before fading away. Rhen jumped back before her opponent managed to counter her.

"Now, you're finished!" said Mel. She chanted in a fast but soft tone that Rhen couldn't hear. After speaking the last word, she waved her staff to project something out of thin air, to no avail.

"But... How?!" she looked at the sword singer, who was smiling at her. "What have you done?!"

"Just a little sword technique of Silencing," she shrugged. "Now looks who's going to be finished."

She rose her sword up high, collecting huge amount of energy.

"What is she doing?" asked Edward, who sensed something bad was about to happen.

"Oh no," Dameon gasped. "We have to stop her. She's getting too far!"

"Trinity Fury!" barrages of holy crosses appeared out of thin air and shot towards Mel, who was standing there, getting shocked.

"Edward! Protect Mel!" yelled Dameon. "Silence Extora!"

Dameon managed to prevent Rhen from conjuring more holy crosses. Edward dashed toward and stood in front of Mel. Without hesitating, he slammed his excallibur onto the ground. "Earthiro Shidas!"

A huge wall of rock emerged from the ground and blocked the impact of the incoming holy crosses.

"Mel, are you okay?" Edward turned around and looked at her. "Are you hurt?"

"I'm fine. Just a little bit of headache," she smiled. "I guessed I used too much energy just now."

Edward sighed in relief and hugged her.

"Rhen, are you crazy?" snapped Dameon. "Do you know what you're doing just now?"

"Entertaining people?" she replied with a shrug. Dameon sighed and shook his head.

"Luckily no one is hurt from the attack," said the sun priest. "What a foolish move you've done."

"Sorry," said Rhen sheepishly and she hugged him. His eyes met Edward's.

"Girls," Edward rolled his eyes and Dameon shrugged.
