Chapter 9

Y/N picked up the phone.

Y/N: "Nathan? Why are you calling me? I thought you were mad"

Nathan still wasn't sure exactly what to say to her

Y/N: "Hello? Are you there Nathan?"

*Still no response*

Y/N: "Okay since you're not going to talk, I'm just going to hang up now..."

Nathan: "Wait please don't"

Y/N: "Nathan what do you want? If you are calling just to make me feel more worse about what happened then I already do, than I'm just going to hang up"

Nathan: "That's not why I called. I really miss and need you right now so can you just come over?"

Y/N: "Umm yeah. I'll be over in about 10 minutes"

Y/N was confused why Nathan had called and asked her to come over but she missed him and didn't even get to really talk to him since he left for tour so she headed to his house anyway.

As she was pulling into his neighborhood she saw Nathan's mom pulling out of the driveway and leaving. Y/N waited for her to leave and then pulled up to Nathan's house. She got out of the car and knocked on the door.

Nathan opened the door. Y/N could tell he wasn't doing so good and that he was really upset

Nathan: "Hi Y/N come in"

Y/N walked into Nathan's house and went up to his room to talk.

"Nathan is everything oka---" but he cut her off with a kiss

Y/N was caught by surprise  and pushed Nathan away.

Y/N didn't know what to say

Y/N: "I-I think I should get going"

Nathan: "Please don't go Y/N, you're all I have now and you always know the best things to say to make me feel better in hard times. Please don't leave"

Y/N: "Nathan..."

Nathan: "Its okay you don't have to say anything, we'll talk about everything that happened later but for now lets just forget everything that happened." he leaned in to kiss Y/N again but she moved her face away

Y/N: "Nathan shouldn't we talk firs-" but the next thing she knew Nathan's lips were pressed against hers

Y/N kissed Nathan back because she had missed when things were like this before he had left for tour.

Y/N and Nathan started to kiss more passionately 

Y/N: "N-Nathan stop this is wrong" she said in between the kiss and then pulled herself away

Nathan: "What's wrong? I don't kiss as good as Simon? You used to enjoy kissing me until you and my best friend started hooking up"

Y/N: "Stop! Why do you keep bringing that up! I already feel terrible about everything!"

Nathan: "Then whats the problem"

Y/N: "I think its wrong that we are just here making out while Simon is in the hospital suffering"

Nathan: "And just as I thought it had to do with Simon" he rolled his eyes

Y/N: "Nathan I didn't mean it like that"

Nathan: "Look Y/N I called you over here because I wanted things to be back to normal and to forget what happened because I love you and even though you hurt me I want to fix things because I don't know what I would do without you, there is literally no one else I'd rather be with in the world Y/N. I would give up my whole career and everything I have for you. And I thought you felt the same way but clearly I was wrong."

Y/N: "Nathan I do feel the same way and I-"

Nathan: "Stop okay don't lie, I don't want to keep thinking the person I'm in love with loves me back when she really doesn't. Just tell me the truth to this question and answer honestly thats all I'm asking. Do you have feelings for Simon?"

Y/N didn't know how to respond.

Nathan: "Do you have feelings for Simon?" he asked again

Y/N: "No...yes...kind of... maybe... I DON'T KNOW! I am not sure how I feel. I love you Nathan I really do and I want to be with you, but I also am kind of starting to have feelings for Simon. I'm sorry"

Nathan: "I figured you lost feelings for me"

Y/N: "Nathan I still love you..."

Nathan: "You just also love my best friend too" he interrupted 

Y/N: "I-"

Nathan: "My mom is going to be here any minute now so I think its best if you leave"

Y/N: "Nathan..."

Nathan: "Just go"

Y/N:  "Not until we work this out"

Nathan didn't even acknowledge what she was saying

Nathan: "Maybe you can go visit your new boyfriend Simon at the hospital after you leave"

Y/N was furious. She walked up to Nathan and slapped him right across the face

Y/N: "I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOU MAKING ME FEEL LIKE SHIT ABOUT THE WHOLE SIMON THING! GET OVER IT AND STOP ALREADY! Wow my mom was right you would turn into a huge asshole after tour" she stormed out of his house

Nathan felt bad he had been a little to harsh on Y/N he wanted to race after her but right as he was about to he heard his mom coming through the front door. How was he going to fix this mess?
