When I'm alone I just want to write and read and just listen to music to help me calm down from all the stress. I sometimes jus want to scream my heart out because of my anxiety and depression I also just cry myself to sleep. Sometimes when I'm alone I just want to have someone with me to hold me and let me cry on them to say that I'm gonna be okay.
