Finding Out

"Wow Rozada I didn't even think I would get that out of you. I honestly thought you would have run when you say me change." I say while chuckling a little bit, but on the inside I knew I spoke the truth.

"Don't kid yourself I was thinking about it." She said while chuckling herself.

"I personally think it would have been funny if you did, because my wolf likes to chase things that run."

We both burst out laughing and grab each other in a hug.

"Rozada I'm really glad you didn't run. I would be very sad if you did."

"Leah even though you are a wolf doesn't change the fact you are one of my best friends and doesn't change the fact of who you are."

That really made a lot of sense. It really shows how close of a friend Rozada is and how good our relationship was. It made me think of how I reacted when Shayne told me about him and Jace. It all started out as a normal day of hanging out and watching TV together.

I was hanging out with Shayne before a big football game; he is the star quarterback. We were watching the new movie Eclipse, me personally I thought Jacob Black was wayyyyyy hotter than Edward Cullen. I also thought that these movies were gay and we were laughing about how gay a sparkling vampire is.

"Haha what a fairy."

"I know. Werewolves are way better and way hotter."

Shayne squirmed uncomfortable under me. I was laying on him. He always squirmed when I said something about werewolves being better than vampires. I will never understand him. I don't know if I want to understand him.

"Leah in your honest opinion what do you think of vampires and werewolves?" He had a serious look on his face.

"Ummm... I think that werewolves would be pretty awesome to have as pets and vampires would be pretty cool to have as servants."

"Ha ha very funny Leah."

"I try my best."

Shayne gave me a look that said he wanted to say something, but he didn't know how to say it. He always gave me that look when he wanted to tell me something important. I knew how to always start the conversation when he didn't know what to say. I climbed onto his lap and sat on him facing forward. His eyebrows went up.

"Leah what are you doing?"

"I'm trying to help you."

"Help me what?"

"Tell me what you are thinking right now because I know you want to tell me something."

Shayne gave me the look of oh great she saw the first look and oh great she probably sees this one too. I nodded and then I leaned over to his ear and said "Tell me and I will do something you will like."

"You're not going to believe me but here goes nothing, I'm a vampire and Jace is a werewolf."

"Really Shayne if you didn't want to tell me you could have said no instead of lying to me. I think I'm going to go now. I'm supposed to be meeting people so we can all go together to watch you play in the football game."

"Leah I'm not lying."

Then the fangs came out. I screamed; I wanted to get out of there.

"Leah calm down I'm not going to hurt you."

"Shayne you have fangs. You drink blood. I'm a human. I'm full of blood. I'm leaving." I say while trying to leave.

I tried running to the door, but Shayne was way faster and grabbed me. He picked me up like I weighed nothing and dropped me on the couch and held me there while he was on top of me. I tried to get out of his hold but all I was doing was getting me more stuck in his hold. I couldn't even move my legs to kick him where the sun doesn't shine. Damn it. I just gave up and looked at Shayne. The fangs were gone.
