I woke to see Lukas beside me. I smiled at the thought of last night, minus the part about finding about my dad dying, of course.

Beside me, Lukas yawned and stretched. He smiled at me and got up. I decided to get up and follow him. He started making breakfast and he hummed a song while moving around the kitchen swiftly.

When Lukas finished breakfast, we sat down on the couch and ate in silence, but not the awkward silence, the comfortable silence. I noticed how Lukas seems to keep scooting closer to me and I don't really mind, I want to get close to him, physically and emotionally.

When we finished the bacon and eggs Lukas had made we decided to go out and have some time with each other. So we decided to go shopping.

Lukas drove to the mall with me singing in the passengers seat. I blasted the radio and All Time Low came on the station. I grinned like an idiot and looked at Lukas. When he saw my face he chuckled and then looked at the road. I sang loudly with Lukas smiling next to me. The next thing I know Lukas's hand is holding mine, I smiled and looked at him fondly. He glanced at me and smiled, he then turned to face the road again.

We got to the mall and Lukas held my hand all the way into the mall and he held the door open for me. I thanked him quietly as I blushed. I walked in, staring in awe. I've never been into a mall. Lukas was the one to convince me to go. I decided to go into a store called Hot Topic. I walked in and looked around. I saw so many things I wanted, such as band shirts, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. I also saw many hats I wanted, but I had no money. Lukas saw me looking at all of the things and he smiled at me.

When we walked out of Hot Topic, I started thinking about getting a job there. My stomach growled and I blushed slightly. "You hungry?" Lukas asked me.

"A little but I have no money." He smiled and grabbed me arm, not in a way to hurt me but to guide me, and pulled me to the food court. He pulled me into the line for Chinese and he ordered a meal for two. I looked at him questionably, he waved his hand dismissively. We sat down and he pulled the food out of the bag.
