I could hear and think, but I couldn't move or open my eyes. I was scared and I could hear the boys freaking out, but I couldn't do anything.
I wanted to talk to Ash and run my hands through his hair, or tease Luke, or play video games with Mike, or even play soccer with Calum. Yet, I couldn't move and I couldn't speak.
I felt Ash hold me to his chest and I wanted to hold him. I wished that I was wide awake and holding Ash while laughing at Cal and Luke while Mikey is yelling at Luke to shut up.
I just wanted to live a little more. I love these boys more than they will ever understand, even more than I understand sometimes. Wait, I think I just saw some light.
Maybe, I'm not sure if it was real or if I was just imagining it. I try my hardest to open my eyes, yet they feel like I have weights on them. I try again and I get a glimpse of light. I try one last time and I see Ash's face staring at the wall looking sad.
I reach up and cup his cheek in my hand. He jumps,, then realizes it's me touching his face. He looks down at me grinning like an idiot. I smile at him.
"Guys! She's awake!" Ashton yells to the boys.
"That isn't funny Ash!" Luke yells walking into the room. He stops in his tracks as he sees me awake and breathing. He runs up to me and hugs me. I laugh and hug him back. Calum runs in hope printed on his face. He sees me and squeals like a little girl. I laugh and hug him after Luke lets go of me. Calum picks me up and carries me to the kitchen where Mikey is.
Mikey sees me and does a double take I smile at him. He takes me from Calum and sets me on the counter.
