Olivia’s P.O.V.
I see my dad standing on the stage saying what a great day it was and how we should be proud. I can’t believe I’m doing this too him, if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here. If I wasn’t at Oxford I would’ve of never have met James. On the way to the stage we talked, a lot! I know a lot more about him and I really like him. I’ve already thought it through and I know what course I want to study and I have Sandy’s consent. George was a bit off but he’ll warm to the idea.
“Now, here’s the time which everyone anticipates. The switch. Now I would like a volunteer from Oxford…” booms my Dad.
“Me! I would like to switch.” I shout. Everyone turns to me and gasps. Normally people take a while, not me, I’m right in there. I walk up to the stage and my Dad stares at me with utter shock.
“Are you sure Olivia?” whispers my Dad.
“Yes, I am Dad. I need to go; it’ll be good for me in the long run.” I say.
“Okay. Here is our volunteer from Cambridge; Miss Olivia Hollings.” booms my Dad. Everyone starts clapping and right at the back of the crowd I spot James, smiling like a Cheshire cat. I run off the stage and leap into James arms. He puts me down and I gaze into his eyes. I’m lost in the moment and next thing I know he’s 1cm away from me. Just as we’re about to kiss Sandy comes running up to me and knocks me to the ground. I laugh, she laughs and he laughs. After talking to Sandy, James stands there with his hands in his pockets.
“You ready?” he says.
“More than I will ever be.” I say.
We walk towards the boathouse hand in hand. I don’t know how this is going to turn out, it could turn out disastrously. I have a feeling it won’t though, I think this is my happily ever after.

Okay, this is the end of the story for school but, I'm going to add extra and extend the story so you get to see her actually going to Cambridge!!!!!!!!!!
