Dishwashers are Irrelevant

Percy screamed. Annabeth swatted him. "Shut up! This is important!"
Alex (..Loki?) pushed me away, smiling evilly. "You were never my type." She laughed, a demonic grin playing on her lips. "Now, my dear daughter Alex is unavailable as of now. Communication through human possession is so different these days. So many complications. This could kill a regular human, you know." My stomach turned. As Alex walked towards Sam, she backed away, nearly stumbling over Hearthstone. "Oh, don't be afraid, dear Samirah. I'm only here to deliver a message." Sam glowered at her.
"Now, this is important, so listen carefully. If I am not captured in two weeks' time, Ragnarok will be inevitable. That gives your little search team fourteen days. On the fifteenth day, I will release Fenrir, and we will wreak havoc on the Nine Worlds. Your navigator will be unconscious for two hours after I leave. Good luck." With that, a devilish grin spread across Alex's face, and she passed out in my arms.

Taking care of Alex Fierro was harder that it looked. After she woke up, she was disoriented and slightly ditzy. She stumbled around the Argo II, laughing and muttering about dishwashers. I practically had to drag her back to her room and force her to get some rest. "Alex. Dishwashers are not of importance right now," Sam growled in frustration. Alex laughed hysterically. "D-Do we have dishwashers on board, or do we just w-wash our dishes in the w-water?!" She giggled, clutching my shoulder to keep her upright. "Alex. Calm yourself." This only made her laugh harder, and she collapsed onto the floor, taking me with her. Samirah glared down at us. I couldn't help but laugh at how comical the situation was. Our only source of navigation was acting like--well, a drunk.
"Magnus, get off the floor!" Sam grabbed my hand and yanked me upright. Alex snorted.
Then it was her turn to be violently pulled off of the ground, and she stopped laughing. "Hey!" Sam rolled her eyes. "You deal with her. I can't-- I can't even." She stalked out of the room, leaving a pouting Alex and a very awkward Magnus behind. I carded a hand through my sloppily-cut hair, turning to face Alex and attempt to talk some sense into her. She stared back at me, her mismatched eyes glinting in the dim light.
"You're pretty." I did a double-take at the compliment, then was forced to remind myself that she wasn't in her right state of mind currently. Alex would never think, let alone say that out loud if she hadn't just been possessed by her evil Asgardian parent. She spoke again, pulling me out of my thoughts. "Do you think I'm pretty?" I blanched. "Uh, um-- well.. yeah." She smiled, kissed me on the cheek, and passed out for the second time that day.
After covering Alex with a blanket, I walked out of the room and made my way over to Sam. She was standing stock still, and as I got closer I realized why. A dark-haired boy stood feet away, a blond kid at his side. I definitely didn't remember them boarding the ship with us. Dragging Sam with me, I rushed to the control room. I threw open the door, where Percy Jackson sat with a Wii controller in his hand. (Yes, a Wii controller.) "Um, dude? We have a problem." Annabeth stood, sauntering over. "Leave that to me. What's up?" I grabbed her hand and dragged her over to where the trespassers stood. Instantly, a smile spread across her face. "Nico! Will!" She rushed towards them and enveloped them in hugs. "Wait.. you know them?" She turned to me, the smile still plastered on her face. "They're from camp! Nico, Will, this is Magnus and his friend Samirah!" Will grinned at us, moving forward to shake our hands. Nico, however, stared at me like he'd seen a ghost. "What are you?" "Nico, that's not socially acceptable to say. Do we need to have another talk about your people skills?" Nico clutched Will's shoulder, his eyes never leaving my face. "Will. He's dead." Annabeth breathed a sigh of relief. "Oh, Nico, he's supposed to be."
Nico stared at her incredulously.
"He's an einherji. A Norse demigod."
Nico visibly relaxed. "O-Oh. Okay."
I smiled, trying not to freak him out. I remembered now what Annabeth had told me about him. Nico was a child of Hades, and he sensed death. "Hi. I'm supposed to be dead, don't worry." He let out a shaky laugh, and Will squeezed his hand reassuringly. Suddenly, a muffled scream was heard. "MAGNUS!"
It was Alex.
