Chapter 4

Jacks POV:

"Do you wanna get some fro-yo?" I ask Alyssa when we get into my car.

"That sounds so good right now."

"Okay. So, anything interesting happen recently?" Wow Jack that was the only thing you could think of? You sound like a fucking creep.

"Uh not really, just been doing YouTube and stuff. You?"

"Same. Just YouTube and getting ready to go back to school." Good job jack, now you sound like a nerd.

"Cool. You're going into 12th grade right?"

"Yeah. You are too right? Maybe we'll be in the same classes."

"Yes, I am. Haha that'd be cool if we were!"

The conversation stays flowing until we arrive at PinkBerry.

Alyssa's POV:

"I need to continue my vlog from earlier, so um yeah." I say to Jack as I pull out my vlogging camera when we arrive at PinkBerry. I was vlogging earlier on the airplane too.

"Hey guys, it's Alyssa and I'm in Connecticut! Guess who I'm with? thatsojack!!" I say as I put the camera facing him and he says hi.

"We're walking into PinkBerry and just gonna hang out for tonight!"

I continue vlogging as we get our fro-yo and sit down on the patio outside to enjoy it. When I stop vlogging and me and Jack are talking to each other about our summer we get spotted by a fan.

"Oh my god!!! Jamie it's them!!!" We see one girl point at us while she's screaming at her friend.

They run over to us and ask for pictures and then one of the four girls asks us a little bit of a different question.

"Is Jalyssa real? Like, are you guys dating?"

"Uh, no it isn't I mean, we're not. " Jack struggles to word it correctly.

"Oh, well we all ship it anyways."

"Thanks?" Me and Jack laugh the uncomfortable question off.

"We're just friends." I finish.

After we finish our PinkBerry and finish talking about how our summers are so far, we get in Jacks car and call my parents to get the address to my new house.

"Hey mom. Me and Jack were wondering what the address to the house is? We're about to leave."

"Oh hey sweety, the house actually won't be ready for a few days. So we're staying at a hotel for tonight and maybe a few more nights. There isn't much room here for you, so if you want you can stay with that Jack boy, he seems nice and I trust you. Just don't do anything you'll regret. "

"Uhh yeah mom" I try to shut her up.

"So would that be alright with his family? You can come and get some clothes from the hotel first."

"I'll ask him if I can, but text me the address to the hotel and we'll come to get my stuff."

"Okay if it isn't okay then you can stay here. We will just have to get another room, it's already packed as it is. "

"Okay I'll text you, bye mom."

"Bye Alyssa. Be safe."

After I hung up, I asked Jack if it's be alright to stay at his place.

This night has already been kind of awkward with Jack because we haven't hung out alone before. Well, we've only actually hung out once before this. Yeah never mind, we've only met once before this. We get along great, we just need to start getting comfortable with each other.

"I'll ask my mom. She told me she watched some of your videos and that she wanted to meet you so I'm sure she will be excited about it." He laughed.

"Okay haha."

(Jack on the phone with his mom)

"Hey mom it's Jack and I was wondering if it'd be okay if Alyssa could stay over tonight?"

He probably got the same talk as my mom gave me about being safe because he next said:

"Yeah mom, we will were just friends." Jack blushed.

Yup, she definitely did.

"Oh okay where are you?"

"So you aren't gonna be here?"

"Okay love you too and we will.. bye"

Jack hung up and began putting the hotel address into his phone so we could go get my stuff.

"So what'd she say?" I asked

"She said that she wasn't gonna be home because she went to go and visit my brother in college, which apparently she told me but, yeah she said it'd be fine. Haha. "

"All nighter!" I sang.

"Yes! We can get snacks and stuff after we get your clothes from the hotel. " Jack excitedly told me.

As Jack started the Midnight Memories album by One Direction, who we both absolutely love, we sang along well, screamed along and my iPhone vibrated with a text from my ex-boyfriend Matt.
