Chapter 12

Alyssa's POV:

"I had so much fun tonight, thanks for taking me out," I smile at Jack as we park outside my house.

He parks and replies with a smile. Then he leans in. He kisses me and our lips move in sync. We explore each others mouths. But, we are then interrupted by knocking on the car window by who else, my brother Keaton.

I love Keaton to death but sometimes he can get a bit protective even if he's only one year older than me. When I was dating Matt, back in Toronto he always made sure he knew where we were going and what we were doing. I guess that's a good thing though, because Matt did cheat on me. Is it even cheating though if you started dating in ninth grade? I laugh a bit but then realize Jack and Keaton are both staring at me.

Jack is coming to put my bags into his car so that we will be ready for tomorrow.

I roll down my window to see what Keaton wants.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go see Kelly, Kylie, and Kyle tonight?" Keaton explains his interruption of me and Jacks kiss.

"Oh, well I don't."

"They want to see you though Lyssa, they haven't seen you in a year."

Kelly and Kylie are my annoying twin cousins who are one year younger than me so, 15. Kyle is my cousin who I actually do like and he is Keaton's age, 17. The only reason I don't love Kelly and Kylie is because they copy me with everything, when I started YouTube they tried but it didn't work out well, maybe because of their bad personalities. Oops didn't mean to say that.. They just seem so fake.

Kelly and I also have some.. bad history.

But, I mean the last time I saw them was a year ago in Toronto, so maybe they've changed. I really should go and at least day hi before I leave for two weeks to LA.

"I guess I'll go, but only if Jack comes," I smirk at Jack. I really don't want to go because then I will have to face Kelly but I'll have to eventually.

"Yeah that's all good, as long as you don't make out while were there," Keaton and Jack laugh together while I blush.

"Sure, I'd love to come," Jack smiles, obviously trying to make a good impression with Keaton because I'm sure he can feel that 'older brother vibe' going through the air.

"Okay, well let's get my bags for tomorrow first," I tell Jack, Keaton still leaning through the car window.

"Jack what's your number? Because then I can text you the address and meet you guys there," My brother asks.

"***-***-****" Jack says as Keaton types it into his phone. We are now out of the car standing on the sidewalk .

"Okay, I just sent it so I'll see you guys there?" Keaton asks.

"Yep," Me and Jack say in unison and with that Keaton gets into his car and drives away.

"Is this all?" Jack asks me while pulling my suitcase through the front door.

"Yeah, I probably forgot something though," I laugh and Jack does too.

We get in the car and Jack puts the address into his phone.

"So why didn't you want to go at first? You seemed kinda hesitant," Jack asks the question I was hoping I could avoid.

"Uh, bad history,"

"Want to elaborate?"

"Not really," I laugh.

"Okay well if you do, know im here to listen," Jack smiles. How did I find such a nice guy when the last guy I dated.. nevermind.
