I never saw Jagger or any of the other band members after that day yet I became a fan of theirs. I was currenly in the park under my favorite tree reading a book while listening to music on my IPod. I was so lost in thought I didn't notice anyone standing before me until they lightly kicked my shoe saying softly. "Hello lonely."
I looked up slowly to see someone I wasn't expecting. In ripped jeans and a hoodie, Jagger stood before me with a smirk plastered on his hooded face.
"Emma, right?" He asked.
I nodded slowly before looking down at my book which I closed along with turning off my music before looking back up at him. "Hi Jagger."
His smirk grew. "So you remember me?"
"Seems how you were the first guy to drag me up on stage and get me to sing so easily, then yeah I remember you." I smiled to hide the creeping blush.
"You shy or somethin?" He asked cocking his head to the side to stare at me with those bright blue eyes if his.
I nodded. "I still question how I was able to sing so easily."
"Little Ms. Popular is shy?" He chuckled.
"I'm not popular, I lost that title a while back after..." I trailed off shaking my head. "Never mind."
He watched me for a moment before crouching down to my level. "You're a hard book to read."
I smiled weakly before standing. "I gotta go."
He sighed heavily. "Can I give you a ride?"
I nodded slowly. "I walked here so yeah that would be great, thanks." My voice was barley above a whisper as I helped pull Jagger to his feet before leading me over to his black Audi 8.
I slipped into the passanger side seat as he slipped into the drivers seat.
"I was hoping to see you after that concert." He smiled over at me. "We never did get to talk about that voice of your voice that night."
"There's nothing to talk about it." I whispered looking out the window.
He sighed heavily before the ride turned into a silent one. I didn't realize that he knew exactly where I lived till he pulled onto my street.
"How?" I whispered. "How do you know where I live?"
He chuckled softly as he pulled the car in the the drive way next to mine. Once it was in park he turned to look at me saying. "Seems how I'm your neighbor, I think it would be hard not to know where you live."
I smiled. "Um, thanks." I then got out of the car before walking across the yard to my own house.
"Hey see ya round!" Jagger called out.
I stopped at the front door or my house as I looked over at Jagger who was watching me. I gave a small wave before walking into the house.
"EMMA MARIE ERICSSON!!!" I heard the booming voice of my father.
Shit, he was home!
