Casual Collab (and a date)

~James' POV~

That was honestly one of the best nights of my life. I told my crush i liked her, and she liked me back. Since Mia started officially dating Miles, i needed someone. And i found her. As Im laying on my bed dreaming, i hear my phone alarm go off. "Video time.." I get up and walk to my desk. I have no ideas, and I've used up everything on my list... I log onto Skype and call y|n. She picks up. "Hey! Wanna do a collab?" I ask her. She happily says yes. I log onto animal jam and ask her for video ideas.

~Time skip bc I'm to lazy to write a video~

"Ill see you guys in the next video, bye!" I tell my subscribers before i stop recording. "That was fun, thanks for having me!" Y|n tells me. "Haha, my pleasure." I smile at her. "Hey, wanna go.. to starbucks tomorrow?" Y|n asks me. "Sure, what time?" "3?" "Ill be there! Bye, see you then!" I hang up on the call and begin editing my video.

~Your POV~

~Time skip to the next day~

I hear a buzzing sound coming from next to me. I ignore it. It keeps buzzing. I finally reach for my phone and read it. Theres an alarm going off called 'Time to go!'? Wait.. oh no. That was my alarm to leave for my 'date' with James! I guess mom never woke me up.. I jump out of bed and check the time. The nearest starbucks to me is 30 minutes away, and its 2:15. If i really hurry, i can still get there on time. I run to my closet and grab a random dress, some shoes, and some random jewelry. I run to my bathroom and change, and do my hair. "No time for makeup..." Im nervous i look terrible without makeup, but i don't care right now. Id rather look like a gremlin than miss this. I hop out the door with my purse hanging off my shoulder and one shoe on, one shoe off. "Bye!" I yell to my mom. I hop in my car and start heading there. It took me 10 minutes to get ready, so i have to hurry. I really shouldntve stayed up till 5 am reading fan fictions last night. (Authors Note: i did exactly that last night.)

I eventually get to starbucks. The traffic was very light so i got here at 2:58. I get out of my car and walk towards the door. I see James sitting inside, staring at his phone. He looks worried. He probably thinks i blew him off. I walk faster inside, and sit down with himm. "Y|n! I was starting to think you weren't coming!" He laughs, relieved. "To tell you the truth, i woke up at 2:15. I was reading fanfic until 5 last night." He laughs. "Thats ok, you look beautiful for someone who woke up an hour ago." He smiles at me. "Thank you, lets go order." I say, trying to distract myself from the fact I'm blushing as red as a tomato.
