Matthew POV:

"Some say that 'friendship is the best foundation of love' , pero I disagree with the idea. Sobrang cliche na kasi ng mga yan. Mas prefer ko yung mga may konting adventures. Other race perhaps? Or better yet, a person with a different perspective from mine."

Paulit-ulit ko yan naririnig sa isip ko, Paulit-ulit na gusto ko na tanggalin yung mga tenga ko.

"Bro, tama na yan."

I shrugged Lucas off. Paanong tama na? Lucy was fuming mad. Hindi ko naman alam ginawa ko.
Its been three days mula nung nagpunta ako sa bahay nila at hanggang kanina, I went there
to ask her what's wrong but she just won't face me.

Tapos ngayon she has a stand na hindi siya magmamahal ng isang kaibigan?

Oh,wait! I am not her friend, I am once her enemy.

"Ano ba?!" I spat at Steph, who keeps on bugging me here. Why are they here by the way?

Tim punched me. "Thanks, for that." I sarcastically said.

"Dude, ano ba? Why are you acting like that? Why are you acting like everything is so fucked up? Ano bang nangyayari? Andito naman kami, we can fix each other's problem together. Diba sabi mo walang iwanan, bat ka nagdadadrama mag-isa diyan?" He continued.

"I-Im in love..." I said sobberly.

And again, Tim hit me on the face. Potek ha! Nakakadalawa na siya.

"Bro, sigurado ka ba diyan? Kailan pa? Kanino? Kay Lucy ba?" tanong ni Lucas

"Wala akong sinasabi." sabay iwas ng tingin,

"Eh? Kasasabi mo lang kaya." I rolled my eyes on him. Tapos umorder sila ulit ng liquor drinks. 'Kala ko ba their gonna stop me from drinking too much? Hmmp!

"Kailan pa?" Julian probed. "Matagal na. Dinedeny ko lang, kaya ikaw back off kasi liligawan ko na siya."

"Ano?" halos mabasag ear drums ko dun,

I just nodded. I am in love with Benitez. And it is the best feeling.

"Ganun naman pala, bat para kang babae maka-emote dito?" Stephen scoffed.

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin, akala ba niya madali tanggapin sa sarili kong in love ako? Na masisikmura kong isipin na in love ako? Hindi kaya.

Oo. I maybe a bachelor, pero iba kasi ito, for the first time, I am inlove! Surreal lang. I thought di pa darating yung mga ganito ehh. Akala ko matagal pa, pero heto, Love was just before my eyes. And it feels surreal.
