Chapter 4

(MAT POV)

After I listened to Mitch's story, anger swelled up inside of me. It was because I never wanted anyone to hurt my little sister, and seeing her get yelled at and crying made me feel awful because I wasn't there for her, which made me even more angry at myself. I knew Noah liked her. I could see it in the way he looked at her.Why did Noah have to have a crush on her!? Hey, maybe his crush will wear off and they can just be friends. Then again, what if it doesn't? I don't want her heart to get broken. I just want to protect her.

"Hey Noah, can I see you in the other room?"I asked.

"Yeah, sure" he said as he followed me to my room to talk.

"Ok. Noah, I know you like my sister. I'm ok with that but if you break her heart, I WILL break your face. Got it? Do not pressure her into anything she does not want to do. Don't force her to go places with you. Treat her with respect and like a lady. And most of all, if you date her, keep her safe." I scolded.

(NOAH POV)

"I will be the best I can be"I replied. Wow. Mat cared a lot for his sister. You can really tell he loves her a lot.

"Now let's go back to the others" Mat said ending our conversation.

"Ok". We walked back to the room to see Mitch, Rob, and Claire chatting.

"Hey guys, welcome back" Rob said

"What were you guys talking about?"Mitch says obnoxiously. I'm guessing he already why but just wants Claire to hear it.

"Oh, Mat was just telling me how much he hated my choice of shirt", I point to my Toronto Maple Leafs hockey shirt," ye, he just threatened me saying if he sees it again shit is gonna go down"

Claire laughs a little at this.

"Yea, he more likes the Ottawa Senators" Claire stated

"Dats right!"Mat almost yelled.

"Well what should we do?" I asked

"Well could go and play laser tag at the arcade." Mat suggests. Everyone agreed even Claire.

"Well, who's gonna drive?"Rob asked

"Not it!" Everyone but Rob yelled.

"Shoot" Rob mumbled as he starts going towards Mat's car.

"Keys please" Rob said. Mat threw him the keys as everyone started to get in the car. Mat in shotgun, Mitch, Claire and me in the back seat with Claire in the middle. It's squished in the back seat, but I don't care because it's Claire that's right next to me.

(CLAIRE POV)

As we pulled up to the arcade, I got excited. All the guys opened their doors and started getting out. I followed Noah out his door to see him holding his hand out to help me get out. I took it gratefully and get out. He was still holding my hand after I got out, until he glanced down and noticed what he was doing. He pulled his hand out quickly like he has done something wrong. That was a little awkward, but I shake it off and followed the other guys into the arcade as Noah followed me. As I walked in I felt like a kid in a candy shop, there's so many games, so many lights, so much fun to be had. I ran to the laser tag area and signed us all up for the next round under the group name of 'Hot N Spicy Gucci Group'; it starts at 2:15. I walk over to the guys who are staring me.

"It starts in about 15 minutes" I told them.

"Ok"

"Hockeyup"

"Kay"

"Well, let's play a few games while we wait" I suggested. They all agreed and walked to their separate games. I went to a skee-ball game and started playing a few games until I heard someone call out "the Hot N Spicy Gucci Group?"

"Guys that's us let's go" I called to the boys.

"Really?! Hot N Spicy?! " Rob asked surprised.

"Well yeah, it's true isn't it?" I threw back at him.

"It sure is true!" Mitch put in.

"Let's go then"I said to them.
