Mary exited the rotting smell of the comfort room. She got out help.

“HELP!” She said, Danielle entering the comfort room fast.

“What happeed?” Danielle asked. “I heard some scream. Was it you?”

“No, but worse, there’s a lady inside.” Mary trembled. “And her body’s split open. I don’t wanna look anymore. I saw a man and I think he’s the one who did it.”

“Relax. I’ll take the dead woman.” Danielle smiled.

“I don’t wanna be like her. Tell me I won’t be like her.”

“Of course you wouldn’t.” Danielle smiled. “ Because you’re with me.”

“I doubt it,” Danielle said.

“you mean it’s not them?”

“Why don’t we let the police handle it?”

“Fine” Mary snapped.

Mary was outside their barn, feeding their chicken, feeling  the heat and the sun baked the empty fields.

“I’m going to Riddleridge today,” Mary asked blushing.

“Can I come?”

“That’s why I’m asking you. But no funny business.” Mary said.

“Of course love,” Danielle said…

They walked to the heart of the forest, a shotgun by Danielle’s side. They were back in the lake again. Reminiscing the past where they made love.

“I’m gonna take off my clothes.” Mary said. “You keep guard.”

“Sure.”

The water was blue and cool, and as Mary goes to the safe side… With Danielle’s shouts to keep distant.

A scream…
