Ancient Powers

Chapter twenty one

I walked in the room with my family in it everyone had marks on them.

"Where did you get those marks?"

Brad answered

"They used some kind of blue wipe on me." Everyone else nodded to agree I was angry with the Hunter.

"Hunter!" I yelled he opened the door with the drainer.

"Yes?" he said with a hiss in is voice

"Why did you use the Lighting Wipe on them?"

"I think when you get punished they all should and besides it entertains me."

"But Brad is mortal!"

"So on less person I have to worry about."

I clutched my hand a star formed around my fist it started sparking around by me holding the energy.

"I won't do that if I were you......attacking us means a few more hits with the wipe."

Brad touched my shoulder and I relaxed and fell to the floor everyone hugging me I thought what I could do to help them. I broke the brace and walked to the Hunter.

"I will take their punishments form now one."

"No Jewel!"

They left and I walked to my family and sat on the floor. "Why Jewel?" Brad asked "Why?"

"Because you guys can get killed and also you need your strength."

"But that means they can kill you."

"No they won't for some reason they need me for a plan, and they need me alive for now."

And with that I hugged my family and Brad and he whispered.

"You are braver then I thought you were." He kissed my neck with out my family looking.

I walked back to my cage, and touched where he kissed, my skin was on fire, I loved him.

I walked into my cage and sat down the drainer stayed and made a gesture with his hand to have me speak.
