"King c'mon we have to get going." I shouted as I chased the little boy down the large hallway.
He laughed manically as he sped away from me. If only he knew I was just letting him win.
Amy, his mother, had left this morning to her office at the fashion house. I had gotten King ready to go down to the diner after she had left but the only problem is that Brandon was missing. I had asked King if he had seen his father but he only stuck his tongue out at me.
I was about to corner in on King when he let out a blood curling scream. I almost had a heart attack thinking he was hurt but when I came around the corner it was just Brandon tossing him in the air.
"Brandon! You made me think he was hurt." I gasped putting my hand to my heart. "Good lord, where have you been?"
He chuckled and set King at his waist. "I got ready early, I was just at the office getting some early work done." He then turned to King and smiled. "I see my little solider is all dress up."
I smiled to at the way he handled his son...talk about dad goals. I had dressed King in a Burberry blue polo shirt white while shorts. He insisted on wearing a Ralph Lauren cap as well so I let him. I then averted my gazed to Brandon who looked much like King; green polo top, shorts and a cap. The shirt clung to his muscles outlining his very defined chest. Very different from his office suits.
"We must look very good if Shelly is staring at us." Brandon whispered to King which was very much unlike a whisper. I could feel my cheeks heating up so I covered my face with my long brown hair which was let loose for the day. "You look good too, Shelly."
I met Brandon's intensified gaze which sent me melting. He continued to stare me up and down which made me self-conscious. I was just wearing blue jeans and a not too revealing crop top.
"Like really good." Brandon concluded and I chuckled at his statement. "What do you think buddy?"
The brooding four-year-old looked between me and his father before nodding furiously.
"Okay guys, we all look good. Now let's get going." I said taking King from Brandon's arms and placing him on my waist.
"We have to use the elevator down to the garage because there's quite the amount of press outside."
I nodded and followed behind Brandon. We reached the elevator and King pressed the button to go down to the garage and he would smack my hand away every time I wanted to press the buttons. He would say something along the lines of 'Only I press the buttons'.
We reached the garage which was filled like a parking lot. How many cars can one person need? There no cheap brand in this garage. There were cars like Porsches, Audi's, Ferrari's, Lamborghinis, Mustangs, Bentleys, Maserati...you name it and it was there.
"I can see you're a big fan of cars." Brandon mumbled while struggling to get his key out of his pockets.
"Yeah my dad owned a Bentley." I said staring at a White 2016 range rover. "Which car are we using?"
"Rangey!" King chimed up. "Daddy please, that car." He pointed to the White range rover. The kids sure got taste in cars.
Brandon sighed and we headed towards the Rover.
And this is when the ride started.

"Do you like fish?" I asked King who was seated on my lap in one of the booths.
He scrunched up his face and shook his head. "Fish is yucky. I get red when I eat it."
"Aw buddy that's sad. Do you know I have a goldfish in my house?"
His bright blue eyes lit up. I guess he does like fish. "Like Nemo?"
I laughed and nodded. "Just like Nemo."
"Do you have a Dory?"
"Not yet." He frowned at this. "But how about I ask your dad and we can go buy a Dory on Wednesday?"
He smiled and nodded. Just then Brandon slid into the booth opposite us. "It went pretty well."
I had talked to my former boss here at Digs Diner and he seemed to take my well but he wanted to have a word with Brandon...whatever that meant.
"Daddy?" King asked pouting his lips. Brandon shifted his gaze from the menu from the menu to his son who was seated on my lap. "Can we go to get Shelly a Dory? She already has a Nemo."
I pouted my lips too and shot Brandon a pleading glance. He raised an eyebrow at me as if to ask me what the hell is his son talking about. I shrugged and nodded my head furiously glancing back at King. "Yeah sure you and Michelle can go get a Dory whenever you feel like."
"Thank you, daddy!" King shouted shuffling out of my lap and climbing onto his fathers.
"Your welcome buddy." He said hugging him back. "Michelle, can I talk to you?"
The tone of his voice was very serious which made my head spiral into very pessimistic thoughts but I kept my face straight and nodded. Brandon whispered something in King's ear and King smiled and ran towards the owner of Digs Diner.
"What's wrong?" I asked Brandon.
"My father wants me back at the office." He drawled each word out like it was draining him. "King's friend wants to have a play day with him so I can drop him off and then you can come back with me to the office."
"Oh." I said biting my lip. "You can drop me off at home. I don't want to intrude in your work."
"No. Michelle, I want you there."
He didn't give me a chance to respond, he just stood up and went to get King.
I sighed, guess I'm going to his office then.

He's stripping in front of me.
Brandon Kent is stripping in front of me.
After we dropped King off at his friend's house. Brandon had told me to wait in his office until he finished talking to his father. He came back into his office about five minutes ago, and now he's half naked.
"Uh...Brandon, what are you doing?" I asked shifting on the couch uncomfortably.
"Putting my suit on, what does it look like?" He panted twisting his belt on. He then threw his dress shirt on and tucked it into his pants. Then he put on his jacket. I could tell he was fumbling with his tie. "Do you want me to put on the tie for you?"
Brandon gave me a doubting look and I laughed. I came up in front of him and started to do his tie. "You know, my twin brother always struggled to do his tie. And as the smart twin I always had to do it for him." I enjoyed the proximity between Brandon and I. He rounded his arms around my waist to keep me steady because god knows I'll melt at his feet. "I miss them, I was especially close with my brother." I said finishing Brandon's tie but he kept his hands secured on my waist. I placed my hands on his chest and sighed. I breathed in and stared up at his brown orbs. There was a tinge of sadness and remorse in his eyes.
"They'll be happy with you no matter what." He whispered sending chills throughout my body. "I want to kiss you, Michelle."
"Then do it."
He lowered his head and when his lips meet mine it was pure bliss.
