Krystal's POV

"princess it's time..." Luna came to my room to fetch me...I just smiled and nodded at her looking at the reflection in the mirror... Before I took my leave, I took off my necklace taking the ring I purposedly hang in there for years now...and this is the first time I'm wearing it again on my finger...this ring always reminded me of him...always reminded me not to loose hope that he'll comeback for me...reminded me that no matter what happens, I must not give up on him...'cause that day he gave this to me, he also promised that whatever happens he's heart will always belong to me...that the day this ring perfectly fits my finger, he will be there and would never leave me again... I could feel it again...nearby....I could sense someone watching me...I wasn't afraid at all but I am more curious of who is it...cause up till now I'm still hoping he'd suddenly show up infront of me greeting me a happy birthday...specially now he's back and I saw him in flesh I'm deeply hoping he'll keep his promise and show up tonight...I wanted to go out there and check if my instincts are right but because of what happened this morning, guardians are everywhere....and the fact that my father knows who did hurt me, he still blamed him for this... I won't let them hurt Amber...my bruises are still slowly healing up and they can't do anything to help me....with a full heart, I smiled brightly to everyone...my human friends were there and so as our people... "happy birthday my dear" my father welcomed me with a very big hug...oh how I wish mother is here too with us... "thank you appa" I snuggled up closer on his chest.. __________________________________________________________ Just like that the party ended and everybody left already but nothing special happened except the fact that I am now in legal age and I am now stronger than before, still I felt something missing...did I only take my hopes up for nothing?... I peek out my window and only saw Kai on his post..I told him to go home already but he told me it's my father's order to look out for me 24/7...I know he wouldn't let me out even if I ask him leaving me with no choice but to sneak out of my room...I got out from the backdoor and my feet lead me to my mother's garden...but since it's still winter,only piles of snow, an old bench under a leafless tree can be seen...I somehow wish to see those flowers that naturally grow in here...this garden has been old along with time but not the memories I have here...it took me a while standing there at the foot of that tree when suddenly out of nowhere,fireflies started appearing beside me...rather than being afraid of someone's presence I knew right then I wasn't alone anymore, I felt the urge to know that someone...soon there were a large number of fireflies everywhere...gathering around me blocking my vision and soon they covered the whole tree infront of me turning it into a breathtaking sight... "beutiful...." I murmured...I was enjoying that moment when I heard footsteps coming towards me,immediately a wind came taking those fireflies away with it leaving me alone but darkness again.. "Krystal..." a firm low voice called behind me killing all my hopes down the drain..."what are you doing here?!" Kai came beside me grabbing me by the wrist I hate it whenever he does that... "what...I can't take a walk alone in or around my house now?" I talked back... "I am just taking care of you..." he said pulling me back towards the house... "I can take care of my ownself!" I protested the annoyance I've been holding in bursted out...I wish I could just glare him to death... "you ruined it!" I hit his hands off away...storming inside my room leaving him confused of what happened.. "what did I do?" I heard him said and when I looked back shooting him my death glares he just went back to his post scratching his head.... "pabo!" I slammed the door shut... "oh?!" I was surprised when I turned to my bed...on my study table,there's a bunch of fresh flowers..did Kai prepared this for me?...though I was still bit unpleased of him,still he cared to give me all this.. I opened my window to call him... "psssst...goodnight..." I smiled waving the flowers at him...He was hesitant at first but then smiled and waved back at me.... __________________________________________________________ Next morning Krystal woke up feeling all better...she quickly took a shower and prepared herself to go to school...while she was combing her hair she suddenly realized her wounds are gone...all healed up not a single scratch was left to be seen....it was then she remembered that someone was caressing her arms last night...not sure if it was just a dream or not...or is it possible I gained another ability?she thought .. "Lun, did you come to my room last night?" "I was dead tired to climb up to your room after the party ...why?think he visited you?" Luna bumped her shoulder to Krys teasing her since she grew up with her,she knows everything... "not even a shadow Lun...not even a shadow" Krystal deeply sighed waving goodbye to her friend and to her guardian as they separately go to school... Amber's POV "there you are...." I mumbled looking down at this blonde girl entering the building...that guy holding her close again...*pffft why would I even care* I could feel her from here...she gives me an insanely umfamiliar feeling inside me.... "bye babe I'm going see you around..."---Hyuna kissed my lips before leaving me alone for her class... "and oh your class would be on this floor you won't get lost right?" she smiled as I looked at my schedules....I'm new to everything in here like her but it seems like it is only me who hardly adapts on my surroundings...I walked around the hallways untill finally I saw my room...the whole class was all noisy but the moment I entered yhe door,they immediately stopped...am I that scary? "no your'e not that intimidating...move" a cold voice came from behind me...wait can someone read my mind too?..I looked back and saw her glaring at me...swear she's giving me chills...way different from the moment I first saw her... I immediately walked ahead away from her and saw few seats empty at the back...I took the one beside the window...I thought she already left me alone but to my surprise when I sat myself she was right behind me crossing her arms.... "that's my chair..." she said which sounded more like an order.. "but I sat here first..." I reasoned out... "my chair...I said move...." "you have no name on it..." her lips formed into flat line like she's going to kill me with those eyes...she leaned forward both hands slammed on my table...so close I cannot breath... "your'e going to move or not?" she said softly infront of my face...*gulp* "fi---fine" I felt weak down my knees as I took my bag going to the empty seat beside me.... *How could you treat  me that way afterall I've done for you last night* I thought and looked at her....she looked at me immediately... "you did what?"she asked...
