Krystal's POV Early month of the year..i could feel the cold breeze against my skin and it's like the energy source for our clan...it's been like forever since we've blended in with humans....go to school like normal one's..but it has never been a mystery to them of who we are...how we live..we can live through centuries unlike them...and me?tonight at full moon would be my twentyfirst ..and in our world it only means one thing...its the day of gaining your gift...a gift that no human could have... I was busy looking out the window at those snowflakes freely falling... like a present from the skies...i am so into those beautiful view outside when all of a sudden I got bothered..... that smell.......I'm sure it is the same scent last night...I don't know of it was just me but I think i saw someone outside my window in the darkness...along those trees and the moon was the only source of light I saw a pair of luminous orb like eyes looking my way...driven by curiousity I went out to check it but as soon as I got there, that smell slowly faded away leaving me no clue of someone's existence but those dried leaves all over the ground....dried...that's really strange 'cause hello?! its snowing....it only means one thing...a firebender came...so that explains that sulfur scent....and for most of my clan, it means danger... I only know few things about them...they don't like human...their kind are rare...like in their world, firebenders belong to the royalties a family my father doesn't want to talk about....I know one of them but he disappeared too when we were young like his kind....but not long ago, the firelord finally agreed with a treaty between our clan that there would be no more war between us....but still my kind takes no risk for our safety...and still kept our distance from them...but if it means danger to them, for me....it means I'd be able to see him again...and I can't help but to hope everything would be back the way we were before... The guardians that were just roaming around the school gathered around me as that scent became stronger...indicating a firebender's presence coming nearer.. "ughh!!they stink!"---Kai said with a disgusted look on his face causing me.to scowl at him... *ba-dum* I could feel a strange pace of my heartbeats when at the corner of my eyes on the hallway I saw this man ....with flaming red hair...sharp jawline...thin lips that I know would be his perfect asset when only he knows how to smile...perfect pair of eyes that were like a blackhole attracting everyone into them...I repeatedly rubbed my eyes incase I am just dreaming right now...it's been like forever and I am so happy to see him again....grown up as a man now...along with him are this two guys and they do look like him....then this girl with long curly black hair with her arm attached like a snake on his...*pfffft* it irritates me...

"he's back!" I couldn't hide my excitement on my voice... I suddenly stood up from my sit and decided to go after them...

"princess!where do you think your going?"---kai held my wrist to stop me...my brows furrowed giving him a sharp look..."chill" he nervously laughed it off raising his both hands... "I know him....don't worry he's an old friend of mine" I walked my way to him while my guardians looked in disbelief at me....but still followed me outside our room...

"Amber!" I shouted and successfully got their attention...they all turned their heads towards me...I smiled at him hoping he'd be happy to see me too....but all I got is this blank expression from him as the girl with him raised a brow at me....
