"Are you okay?" Jungkook asked with worry.
For someone who hates me, you seem very nice right now, Jeon Jungkook...
"I'm fine!" I said then immediately stood back up. But then I fell back down.
Coincidentally, I fell back into his arms.
"I think you twisted your ankle when you tripped," Jungkook said and then helped me back up. He lifted me up and sat me down on one of the desks.
"You might need to see the nurse."
"I'm completely fine," I murmured.
"Clearly...."
"What do I do now?" I asked him.
"You just have to sneak out of school and go home."
"How do I do that?! Teachers and staff are probably looking for us since we're suppose to be in detention!"
"I'll help you then," Jungkook said.
"Why? We're enemies! Remember?" I replied in shock.
He laughed in disbelief," Fine, then find a way out of here by yourself."
Jungkook stood up from the chair he was sitting in while he was talking to me, and walked towards the door.
"WAIT!" I called out loud'
He turned around, facing towards me. He had a stuck-up smirk on his face.
"What?" he snickered.
"For now, I need your help....." I mumbled.
"For now? Ok."
Jungkook went over to me and picked me up. He carried me in a bridal style.
"Yah! What are you doing?" I said in a loud tone.
"Well, you can't walk and you said I could help you," he pleaded.
"Fine,have it your way."
He went over to the door and asked me to open the door since both of his hands were occupied. Finally we were near the cafeteria and suddenly Jungkook swore.
"Fuck!"
"What?" I asked.
"There are staff members outside. And I know for sure that the front doors are guarded. I usually exit from the cafeteria doors which lead outside but they're blocking it," he answered.
"I think I have an idea," I told him.
I put my hands around my mouth and whispered to him.
He agreed to my plan and we started walking back to the old classroom.
"Are you sure about this SooJin?"
"I'm never sure about anything, Jungkook. But I think this might work"
We got to the classroom's door safe and sound. He sat me down on the floor while he unlocked the door again.
Finally, we got back inside the classroom and Jungkook started trying to open the old window. He struggled a lot though.
"Let me help!" I whined.
"You can barely stand up. I don't think you can help me," he told me.
Very carefully I stood up, putting most of my mass on my left foot which wasn't twisted. I went over to Jungkook and helped him open the window.
He just gave me an "Are you sure about this?" glare, but went back to pulling the window open.
Finally the window opened and we escaped through it.
"SooJin, the only way we can escape now is going over the fence. Do you think you can do it?" Jungkook asked me.
I replied with," I think so."
The fence was lower than the front gates so it would be easier, but I still have a twisted ankle.
Jungkook gave me a lift and I successfully got over. Then he went over the fence by himself.
"Thank you Jungkook," I awkwardly said. It's weird saying that phrase to Jeon Jungkook.
"In return for my help, you have to do my Chinese homework," he said.
"I didn't agree to that!"
"Well, you said I could help you. You should've known my help isn't free."
He said that with a smirk and just walked away.
That kid legit makes me want to punch a wall.
I starting walking towards home and thought about what just happened.
Did he really just help me so I do his homework? He seemed so nice when I was hurt. He actually seemed worried for me. Maybe he was just acting worry. Yeah, that's the reason.......
