    A couple weeks later, Phoenix's friends try to spend as much time as possible since they knew she didn't have much time until she had to go, wherever that place was. They sometimes had days to themselves with her or it was a group activity.

    "People from your father's work are coming over tonight." Mrs. Tike told everyone at the table during breakfast. " So go and get dressed-- Zane! Leave your brother alone!" Zane was doing something under the table, but Phoenix thought they were passing ideas and notes for jokes and inventions.

    After breakfast everyone went up stairs to change. The house wasn't very big, it was only a three room bedroom, but a very spacious three room bedroom house. The girls went to the same room to change while the twins went to their room and Travis and Grayson took turns in the bathroom. Phoenix put on overalls and a white crop top under it. Cheyenne put on a black skirt with a colorful shirt. Phoenix felt like she was missing something as they began to leave the room. Something important.

    Once they left the room Phoenix saw Zane and Lawrence pointing at her but she said nothing and went downstairs. The twins went after her and stopped her on the stairs. They chuckled and mumbled things that Phoenix couldn't understand. They looked at each other then looked at her then looked back at each other. They whispered something then, out of nowhere, Lawrence grabs her hand and runs upstairs with Phoenix and Zane. He opens their bedroom door get in then close it so quietly like a mouse in the cupboards. They both look at her and look at each other again. Whisper something and do something with their hands. What they did looked exactly like what the two men did in her dream. Lawrence left and Zane stood there, looking at her. It sent shivers down her spine they way he looked at her. It was like he was waiting for the perfect moment to strike.   

    After a few minutes, Lawrence came back with the necklace and said "Sit." Phoenix did as she was told and sat down on the bed. That's what she was missing. The necklace. But why did the twins need it? Why do they have it? Her thoughts got cut off by Lawrence clearing his throat. Zane opened his mouth but nothing came out. Was this another one of their tricks? They have been pulling them on her since she got her. Lawrence kicked Zane's shin and gave him a look of annoyance.

    " Alright, alright. Phoenix, it's time to go. We don't have much time. Things cut short do to--" Lawrence kicked Zane's shin again but gave him a look like he couldn't say to much. "Well if your all 'Professional' you do it!" Zane said annoyed and stormed over to an office chair near the desk and starred at Phoenix again.

    Lawrence cleared his throat again and said, " Do to circumstances, we have to leave early. Come on now." But Phoenix sat there frozen. Her head tilted slightly, looked from one to another. " Lets go." Lawrence said again clenching his teeth through his anger. But nothing, she still sat there.

Zane spoke again. "Gail, were still in our forms." Lawrence turned around and looked at him then at his hands and clothes. Then he nodded. A load crack rung in Phoenix's ears. The a bright light appeared and Phoenix felt like she just went blind. Suddenly, two men that looked nothing like Zane and Lawrence appeared. Phoenix stood up. The one in the office chair had darker skin tone like Phoenix and bright yellow eyes. He had one a perry winkle blue sweater with some jeans. A dirty and scratched up old bag around his around his shoulder like the one in her dream Quite a large nose and looked younger than the other. Like he was in his mid 20s. The other one though looked more like he was in his late 40s. You could see little bits of grey hair here and there but he still had his dark brown color. He had a black shirt and jeans. His eyes were green. He had glasses clenched in his hand. They must be the two men to come and get her.
