The summer was over and it was time to go back to school. Ew. I couldn't bear even the idea of it. Even Snape's class is becoming quite lengthy. I'm sure this year it'll be worse. I quietly think while I sit in the backseat of my family's limo. Our "limousine" was a muggle contraption that was used once a year and it is quite hated. Since, we have to get Kings Cross Station somehow without exposing wizardry to the idiotic muggles, we are not allowed to use brooms. In high-born pure blood families, parents usually don't accompany their children their children to say goodbye at platform 9 3/4. I think the last time my parents did that was in first year, but I can't remember for sure. We had to hire a muggle to work the contraption and take me to the station. I hated the ride. When it was time to get out I quickly gathered my trunk and additional items from the trunk of the car and ran towards the wall that separated the wizard world from the muggles. Still rushing I jumped up on the train and ran towards the most prominent blonde hair I could see. Draco at last. Throwing my trunk in the compartment above I say, "Draco!" Excitement filling my eyes, I was genuinely happy when I was with him. "My! Vera! How much you've changed from last year. So sad you didn't take me with you on the trip to your chateau." He said cheekily, "Gosh, Draco we just got back from summer break and you're already complaining?" I laugh. He pokes me with his elbow, "You know I never stop! I just can't believe you and I have to survive another year of," Draco's eyes widen than instantly squint into his signature mean look, "Potter." I turn my head and watch as the boy stares at Draco while talking to his only friends. Hahahah those'll be the only friends he'll ever have! The moment was interrupted of course, by none other than... you guessed it! Pansy Parkinson.
