“Hello Ma’am.” Said a guard, I nodded politey at him as he opened the front door for me.
“Kamie, is that you?” Kevin said, loudly. I sighed and put on my best smile, trying to forget all about todays talk with Logan.
“Yes darling.” I replied to him, walking into the room. He was standing in front of the fire with a glass of a scotch in his hands.
“Cora has been taken away.” Kevin growled at me. Oh no.
“What happened?” I said, placing my bag and keys on the side. The keys to my car, Kevin had bought me and then the Agency went over to remove all bugs and such from it and they controlled where Kevin thought I was. How cool was that?
“They found out.” He growled angerily, throwing his glass at the wall. I watched as it shattered into million peices on the floor. I sighed at this. “Some stupid dead rising bitch and disgusting vampire were running the operation to destroy it. THEY SUCCEEDED.” He shouted, I felt worry bubble up as he let me know he knew who were on the operation. That can not be good. I thought to myself.”I thought you visited her.” He said to me, his eyes on my face waiting for me to slip up. I never did.
“I did darling. It seemed to being going as well as it could have. It must have happened after I left. I’m sorry.” I said, stepping over the glass to stand alittle closer to him. He held his arms open and I knew it meant I had to go over to him, which I did like the good dog he thought I was.
“Mmm, I missed you so much sexy.” He said, his hand going to my bum. I jumped from the surprised and laughed it off.
“Im sure you did. I missed you too.” I purred to him, looking at him- meeting those cold eyes that held lust for me; my body. I stepped away from his arms and caught his tie he had loosened. “Why dont you show me how much you missed me?” I purred at him again. He grinned and I felt my stomach that was filled with sick. This wasnt Logan, it felt wrong. But I got rid of the thought in time for when Kevin pressed his lips against mine, forcing my arms to go round his neck and tried to enjoy it. Knowing that I wouldnt, I never would again because I had Logan back.
I couldnt pretend it was him anymore.

“Where are you going today then sexy?”Kevin asked me, slapping my bum as I walked past to look in the mirror hanging above the small wooden coffee table that I used for my bag.
“Meeting up with some old friends…” I told Kevin, meeting his eyes in the mirror. His eyes flashed with anger but he didnt say anything. He had guests. “Im going to be late if I dont leave now.” I said, walking over to him in my black stilletoues. I brushed a kiss over his cheek. “Dont stay up, Ill be in late.” He caught my arm, spinning me into his arms and brought our lips together hard and bruising. He pulled away and I saw anger in his eyes. It was odd; I had never seen in it his eyes when he looked at me.
“I will do what I like.” He said in a low voice, I raised an eyebrow.
“Of course, I better be off.” I said pulling away; I had to stepp over the glass that no one had cleared up last night. “Someone needs to clean that up.” I told him.

I managed to get to the St Marc’s Household in 45 minutes. Now that Christian knew about me, this case; he was the person to report back too for smaller briefs and we would have a forenight meeting with Jack to fill him in; unless it was important. “Christian.” I said. I knew this house like the back of my hand, so I headed straight to the office to find Christian, Luc and Gabriel. I couldnt help but feel relief but yet disappointment as I didnt see Logan there with them.
“Kami” Christian asked, surprise clear in his voice. He wasnt expecting me, I was glad I had put him on his toes.
“The one and only” I said, suggesting to my body. I was wearing a favourite of mine; a black pencil skirt with an off the shoulder grey shirt.
“What are you doing here?” He asked me, offering me a drink which I declined.
“I need to tell you something.” I said, taking a seat on the sofa. “It may not be anything huge, but it alarmed it.” I said to him. “Where are the ladies?” I asked the three men.
“Jamie is asleep.” Luc replied with a smile, I smiled back. Luc didnt seem to hate me. Gabriel stared at me for a few minutes then spoke.
“Leah is also in bed. She’s lazy.” He replied, amusement in his voice. I looked at Christian.
“She’s at a friend’s.” He said snappily. I raised an eyebrow but didnt say anything to him, I didnt blame him to be abit snappy with me.
“Where’s the other two?” I asked casually. I saw Gabriel smirk, and then he gave me a wink. I rolled my eyes. Logan must have told him about our talk.
“Dante spent the night with Riley.” I grinned at hearing this, go them! All three of the brothers grinned aswell, when Luc said this. We were happy for Dante. He had finally found someone to show him what love was supposed to be like. “Logan is...” Luc began when I heard his voice.
“Here.” I turned to see Logan, he was standing there in trackies and he was topless. My eyes went to his body and I tried not to drool at this sight. My, he had…Changed, matured. When I met his eyes, he had lust in his eyes. He noticed me staring as he gave me that stupid cheeky boy grin. “Hello Kami, did you sleep well?” He said walking further into the room. My eyes narrowed slightly at this comment.
“I slept really well... Actually didnt get that much sleep.” Logan’s grin spread. “If yuo get what I mean... Kevin has stamina.” I said with a wink. Logan’s grin wiped off his face.
“You sleep with him?” Gabriel said his mouth dropped opened. Logan was watching me with eyes that scared me.
“That is none of your business.” I growled at him. He threw his arms in the air, in surrender.
“Dont throw fire at me.” He said- I just glared at him, trying to murder him with my eyes when Christian cleared his throat, getting my attention.
“Right... Im here because Kevin was telling me last that the task got interrupted by some bitch of a dead riser and a vamp, Or something like that.” I told him, his eyes went wide at this.
“He knows?” He asked me, I nodded. “I wonder how he knew, who it was. We got all the men, didnt we?” He asked me.
“I believe so.” I told him. I wouldnt know, I didnt stay long at after. Just made sure the signs of them where gone.
“Try to find out for us, would you?” Christian asked me.
“Shouldnt be hardd.” I told him, with an easy fake smile. “I better be off.” I said standing up, headng to the door. “I will be round in the next few days.”
